Taking down carefully ceiling fan down rod complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, fixing and testing of anti-suicide fan rod of 20 mm dia, GI tubing medium grade 45/30 cm long as require fixed at site including minor works regarding the fixing of rod and disconnection and reconnection of 3 core copper wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Cost of cable minor work shall deem to be included in quoted rates. Make: Safe solution “Gold Life” or equivalent as approved by Accepting Officer.

S&F of copper strip of size 32x6 mm in short pieces on surface of in recess for all interconnecting complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for copper brazing (Welding) at site to connect loop copper earthing strip of any size after tighten by nut, bolt, washer, check nuts of brass complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Copper brazing shall be done upto 20 mtr heights, rate of necessary tool/plant and ladder required for working upto 20 mtr heights shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

M&L for providing chemical earthing with 2 Nos Copper Plate of size 90x60cmx5 mm inter connected with 50 X 6 mm copper strip of 3 meter with suitable brass nut bolts and brazing for lower resistance. Alternate layers of Soil & Curec+ or equivalent (10 kgs bag x2); make as per IEEE 80 2000, Clause 14.5 D, Maintenance Free Earthing System to give Earthing Resistance value of ≤ 1Ω. The soil shall be mixed with backfill CURENITE or equivalent (25-kgs x 2bags). Copper Electrode’s should be solid rod and surrounded with highly conductive and non corrosive nature (pH value certified) & covered with Poly plastic Earth Pit Cover in and including construction of PCC boundary with specified colour coding around the poly plastic pit cover . Further electrodes of GI pipe at least 30mm dia shall be interconnected in parallel fashion incase low ohmage is not achievable. Poly plastic enclosure shall be provided. All certificates should be NABL LAB and CPRI certified for 50 mm heavy duty HDPE Pipe PN-1.0 along with fittings bends, caps etc fixed to wall, underground, ceiling or in floor for protection of copper strip of size 50 x 6 mm for down conductor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, installation, commissioning of air cooled split unit air conditioner electric driven single phase of capacity of 2 TR, BEE 5 star rated including remote, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Making hole in wall, insulation of copper tubes, stand for outdoor unit (wall mounted/roof top type), T&P required for installation & making good the disturbed surface is deemed to be included in quoted rates.

S&F of Industrial socket sheet metal enclosure with socket plug top and MCB single pole and neutral with a two pin and earth plug and socket with one single pole MCB of 20 Amp complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Fixing of AC box in wall & making good the disturbed surface is deemed to be included in quoted rates.

S&F of sub-main wiring with unsheathed multi-stranded FR Grade copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade drawn through in and including PVC rigid conduit medium grade of not less than 20mm dia with conduit accessories and concealed in wall/surface of ceiling for two runs of 4 Sqmm single core FLRS Grade and one run of 4 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor for earth continuity wire between main DB to Sub main DB/ AC plug points complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: (1) Two run of single core cable with one run of earth continuity conductor and PVC conduit and accessories will be measured as one length including cutting chasing in wall. (2) Rates are deemed to be included for cutting chases of conduit and sunking boxes cutting and making holes in wall/floor for passing in or through conduit & making good the disturbed surface i.e. plastering & painting cut chase as per existing wall.

S&F of Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 5 KVA, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of heavy duty RO plant of capacity 25LPH including activated carbon filter, RO Membrane, Sedimentation filter suitable to filter upto 10 micron particles, recovery of water must be not less than 35% & salt rejection upto 95% complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Any accessories required at site for installation of RO plant like Fasteners, flexible PVC of any size & length, main pipe line connectors, reducer etc. is deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Supply, installation, commissioning of Water cooler fully stainless steel, electric driven single phase having approx storage capacity 80Ltrs and nominal 40 Ltr cooling capacity with inbuilt voltage stabilizer of suitable capacity & connected accessories, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Making foundation for water cooler not less than 100mm height & provision of drainage for waste water is deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Supplying and laying of CPVC pipes SDR 13.5 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors of size 20mm outer dia, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Making connection from existing GI pipe, saddle, clamps etc. & all fittings required at site is deemed to included in quoted rates.

S&F of Angle cock/Stop valves, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure, fancy type, chromium plated, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed of size 15mm dia, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F of PVC connection of 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

(2) Rates are deemed to be included for cutting chases of conduit and sunking Gl gang boxes including hylem sheet of suitable size and making holes in wall/floor for passing in or through conduit & making good the disturbed surface i.e. plastering & painting cut chase as per existing wall.

M&L for Switch piano, flush type single pole, one way 15 Amp, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Socket outlet 2 in 1, 3 pin, 5 and 15 amp flush type, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for point wiring concealed stranded copper conductor 2.5 Sqmm HRFR cable single core 1100 volts grade in and including ERW rigid steel stove enameled conduit 19/20 mm dia along with all flame proof and weather proof accessories such as multiple junction boxes, covers, elbow, bends, tees etc including 1.5 Sqmm HRFR copper conductor (fire guard) for earth continuity and connecting up complete for one switch complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F of LED light fitting 1x8 Watt flame proof, CMRI certified recommended for gas/ vapor group of IIA & IIIB, Zone 1 & 2 and IP 65 protection with die cast aluminum hosing with heat resistant toughened glass with LED tube light fixtures driver, holders, connector etc. Complete with all accessories rewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
