SITC of 10.5 TR inverter type ceiling suspended ductable units having Minimum Rated cooling capacity of 126000 BTU (complying with BIS QCO) with minimum operating range of compressor of 30% to 100% variable capacity and Air Flow Rate of 4000 CFM alongwith hermetically sealed scroll compressor having suitable blower capable to provide required CFM, with stepless / stepped control (minimum 2 steps) complete with chorded remote with LCD / LED screen for showing various features (with minimum 5 meters length of cable for remote) etc as required, capable to run on 3 phase AC supply. The unit should also have Single Phase protection relay. The item also includes the gas top up / recharge as required for satisfactory working of the machine as per site requirement. Enclosures shall be factory fabricated and painted to a smooth finish with complying of all technical specifications as per SCC / Technical Specifications of the tender. The unit should be BMS compatible with option to show ON / OFF /TRIP status alongwith ON / OFF control functionality through BMS . Note: The agency should provide the technical specifications & other required details for two or more options from the preffered make list of AAI (as attached in the tender document), in compliance with SOQ, Technical specification, other NIT criteria / conditions, for approval of Make and Model from Engineer in-charge(EIC). Any supply of material without prior approval of EIC will not be accepted.

SITC of canvas cloth (Fire Retardant Duct Flexible Connectors) complete with fittings, flanges, supports, all accessories as per specifications and any other item required to make the system complete for supply air in ductable split AC units / AHU units etc. in different buildings of AAI as per site requirement.

Supply, design, fabrication, installation, balancing and commissioning of site fabricated GSS sheet metal rectangular/round ducting as per site suitability complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, supports etc. as per approved drawings and specifications as per tender of following sheet thickness complete in all respect as required at site.

Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of supply air diffusers of powder coated aluminium with aluminium volume control dampers with anti smudge ring & removable core complete in all respect as required at site in various building of AAI at Safdarjung Airport, New Delhi.

Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of Return air diffusers of powder coated aluminium without volume control dampers with anti smudge ring & removable core complete in all respect as required at site in various building of AAI at Safdarjung Airport, New Delhi.

Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of powder coated extruded aluminium Supply Air Grills with aluminium volume control dampers as per specifications complete in all respect as required at site in various building of AAI at Safdarjung Airport, New Delhi.

Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of powder coated extruded aluminium Return Air Grills with louvers but without volume control dampers complete in all respect as required at site in various building of AAI at Safdarjung Airport, New Delhi.

Supply and installation of suitable size copper refrigerant piping (1- 1/8 & 5/8) (Min. 1mm thickness for Supply & return) or higher for 11TR unit as per OEM recommendations with closed cell elastrometric nitrile rubber of class ‘O’ (min. 19mm for supply and min. 13 mm thick for return with +/- 5% variation in thickness) as per specifications for copper tubing covering capable of handling above ductable units complete in all respect as required at site. (Note:-Measurement of 1 mtr. will include both supply & return Cu. Piping with insulation )

Supply and fixing of CPVC Drain piping (ISI) complete with fittings like elbow, Tee, reducer, sockets, supports as per specifications and duly insulated with min. 9 mm thick closed cell nitrile rubber insulation complete in all respect as required at site.

Supplying and laying of 8 core x 1.5 Sqmm armoured copper conductor cable, XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, ISI marked capable for handling control signals on ductable air-conditioning unit complete in all respect as required at site.

Supply and installation of 13mm thickness closed cell crossed linked nitrile fire retardant class O polyethylene insulation on GI duct / damper or any other location complete in all respect as per specification and drawings as required at site.

Supply and installation of 32A (3P+N+E) socket, IP66, with interlocked switch and sockets and surface mounting box with DIN rail for minimum 5 module for providing supply to outdoor unit of ductable AC units of Item No 1 complete in all respect as required at site.

Supply of 32 A (3P+N+E) plugs conforming to min. IP 44 rating and suitable for socket mentioned in Item No 12 complete in all respect as required at site.

Dismantling of old Ductable units (both indoor and outdoor) upto 11 TR capacity from existing locations including the concerned Copper Pipes, insulation, drain pipes, cables, cable trays, other support structure, etc and shifting to AAI store with-in a range of 1 Km in Safdarjung Airport area, using trolley or other moving equipment (if required) complete in all respect as required at site.
