M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 2 (here in before) but except bricks complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Bricks (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles in floors, channels, kerbs, aprons, etc. (each layer) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub-class `B' bricks, laid on edge in floors; old size bricks bedded and jointed in Cement mortar 1:4 and pointed in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in cover slabs including necessary form work etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L form work to soffits of suspended slab such as roof slab and similar work n.exc 200 mm thick (horizental or slopping) fair finished flat surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive way or light traffic, parking etc of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping etra and complete all as specified and directed

M&L for providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive way or light traffic, parking etc of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping etra and complete all as specified and directed

Taking down hangar shutter of area exc 60 Sqm n exc 80 sqm area of any description and removing all bends, dents, replacing rollers with new rollers at top and bottom of shutter, bolting and riveting the existing mild steel sheet with steel framing made for shutters including necessary welding wherever required at places and making good the shutters to true functional for easy movement of shutter on rail by manually pushing and pulling and erected to original position complete all as specified and directed. (Sheet for gate will be paid separately)

Dismantling fencing of any type fixed in any situation including flat iron MS round bars, mounted on nuts & bolts etc complete all as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for and concertina coil complete all as specified and directed .

Excavating in posts holes (or similar holes) in soft and loose soil each n.exc 0.50 cu.m getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25cm.

Dismantling RCC post or strut embeded in concrete any section including taking out embeded portion and making good distrubed ground.

M/L for providing PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using (40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete.

M&L for providing type B-l, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in Precast RCC fencing posts, straining or teriminal posts, struts, etc. for fencing, average sectional area exc.100 but n.exc. 250 Sq cm complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length ,bent to shape required,including crancking, bending soirally for hooping for cols, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia

S&F for suspended false ceiling using anodised GI exposed ceiling suspension system of grid size 60 cm x 60 cm width main runner 'T" section of size 38 mm x 24 mm x 0.4 mm thickness and wall angle of size 24 mm x 24 mm x 0.3 mm thickness and cross Tee of size 24 mm x 24 mm x 0.43 mm thick (using 60 cm x 60 cm E board classic 4 mm thick ceiling board ) to be placed in a grid of GI system duly suspended with 4 mm dia GI bar hanger fixed with steel dash fasteners or iron purlin from the roof with adjustement clip providing position for light fixtures, air conditioning dufuser and ducks, sprinkler, smoke detector etc. The main runner to be secured to structrural soffit by hanger @ 1220 mm maximum C/C. The last hanger at the end of each runner should not be placed at more than 450 mm from the adjacent wall. Flush fitting 1200 mm cross 'T" to be inter locked between main runner @ 610 mm C/C so asto form 600 mm x 600 mm grid complete all as directed
