M&L for surface preparation of plastered/painted surfaces of wall by cleaning the surface free from any dust,loose paint & dirt,fungus,algae or moss properly removed by wire brush and water and filling the cracks,holes or dents with wall care putty/crack seal and then following steps shall be adopted:- (i) Sanding the surface with sand paper 180 to level it properly and applying one coat of Decoprime cement primer WT/ST by using roller/brush/spray alongwith one coat of acrylic wall putty of required thickness. (ii)Subsequently repeating the above process (para(i)) but sanding the prepared surface with sand paper 320 and then applying two coats of Royale play base coat paint by using roller/brush/spray. (iii)Sanding the surface with sand paper 220 and wipe clean and finally applying two coats of Metallic Royal play water based non toxic, non-flammable & lead free texture painting (top coat) of any pattern/colour of desired finish/effect by using brush/roller as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Note : (a)Tools and equipment required for best result of texture painting shall be adopted/used by Contractor. (b) Proper drying time of 6 to 8 hours shall be given for each coat of painting as per manufacturer's instruction. (c)Contractor shall visit the site and assess the surface before quoting the rate and if any dampness in existing surfaces then it must be properly arrested by using damproof paint and cost of this effect shall be included in this quoted rate.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment and preparation of plastered wall surfaces and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over old surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall & finishing the surface and applying two coat of oil bound distemper along with primer over plastered surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for providing 30mm thick plain peforated PVC decorative false ceiling panel made up of 5mm wall thickness PVC perforated sheet of size 600mm x 600mm with 25mm glass wool,5.0mm (plus or minus 0.25mm) plain perforated PVC sheet of density 600kg/cubic meter manufactured by IS-9001 2015 certified company, is stuck with glass wool on one side with suitable adhesive.
