Housekeeping work at 400/220/132 KV Grid Sub Station Latehar for the period from 01.06.2026 to 31.12.2026.

Work of Regular Cleaning & Sweeping of complete Control room building and SPRs with plinth area, cleaning unwanted plants/ bushes in complete switch yard area as well as open area inside Latehar GSS campus, toilet, washrooms, cleaning of doors, windows, drains of GSS, cable trench, approach road and gardening work for the period of work. (03 Labour x 7 Months = 21 Mandays).

Cutting and removal of grass, putus, bushes and unwanted growth of plants/ trees in the switchyard area (This work include the complete cleaning/ digging of grass, so that switchyard gravel must always be visible.) [Area has been considered inside the campus excluding buildings] Effective cleaning area 10.0 Hectares X 3 Times -4.0(already ordered) = 26.0 Hectare.

Supply of Consumables viz phenyl, Napthalene balls, M-seal, hand wash, soap, jute, broom, mop, scrubber, wiper, colin, harpic, dustbin other cleaning materials, rat kill, mosquito repellents etc. & plant saplings manure for gardening, as required time to time etc.
