Amount
Construction of the Project/Work on the Site set forth in Schedule A and as specified in Schedule-B together with provision of Project Facilities as specified in Schedule-C, and in conformity with the Specifications and Standards set forth in Schedule-D Performance and fulfilment of all other obligations of the Contractor and ensuring compliance to all provisions contained elsewhere in the contract and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and matters incidental thereto or necessary for the performance of any or all of the obligations of the Contractor under this Agreement
Maintenance of the Constructed Project in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and in conformity with the requirements set forth in Schedule-N Performance and fulfilment of all other obligations of the Contractor and ensuring compliance to all provisions contained elsewhere in the contract and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and matters incidental thereto or necessary for the performance of any or all of the obligations of the Contractor under this Agreement.
Operation of DG sets, Substation equipment's, Internal & external electrical installation, HVAC & BMS, Fire Fighting, Fire alarm System , WTP, STP, VRV, PCPA, solar system etc. as per standard OEM recommendations , maintenance schedules & practice by deployment of manpower as specified in tender document.(For 07 years including 02 years of DLP). Note: i) Amount to be quoted for First Year only. ii) Yearly 10% cumulative enhancement on first year cost shall be applicable from Second Year onwards. iii) Final amount for 7 years shall be automatically calculated and will be reflected in total Amount quoted.
All inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance of sub station equipment's including HT/LT panel , DG sets, UPS and associated system, after DLP of Two years as provided under the main contract including trouble shooting, preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance etc. as required as per good engineering practice, recommendation of the manufacturer, instructions of Engineer-in-Charge and as per terms and conditions specified.(For 05 years after DLP of 02 Years ) Note: i) Amount to be quoted for First Year only. ii) Yearly 07% cumulative enhancement on first year cost shall be applicable from Second Year onwards. iii) Final amount for 05 years shall be automatically calculated and will be reflected in total Amount quoted.
All inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance of internal and external installations including all associated accessories such as DB,swithches ,socket, wiring ,lighting control system(DALI), occupancy and day lighting sensor ,automatic sliding doors etc. excluding LED fixtures/fittings after DLP of Two years as provided under the main contract including trouble shooting, preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance etc. as required as per good engineering practice, recommendation of the manufacturer, instructions of Engineer-in-Charge and as per terms and conditions specified.(For 05 years after DLP of 02 Years.) Note: i) Amount to be quoted for First Year only. ii) Yearly 07% cumulative enhancement on first year cost shall be applicable from Second Year onwards. iii) Final amount for 05 years shall be automatically calculated and will be reflected in total Amount quoted.
All inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance of all Lifts and escalators after DLP of Two years as provided under the main contract including trouble shooting, preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance etc. as required as per good engineering practice, recommendation of the manufacturer, instructions of Engineer-in-Charge and as per terms and conditions specified ( for 05 years after Defect liability period of 02 Years.) Note: i) Amount to be quoted for First Year only. ii) Yearly 07% cumulative enhancement on first year cost shall be applicable from Second Year onwards. iii) Final amount for 05 years shall be automatically calculated and will be reflected in total Amount quoted.
All inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance of photo voltaic Solar power generation system after DLP of Two years as provided under the main contract including trouble shooting, preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance etc. as required as per good engineering practice, recommendation of the manufacturer, instructions of Engineer-in-Charge and as per terms and conditions specified ( for 05 years after Defect liability period of 02 Years.) Note: i) Amount to be quoted for First Year only. ii) Yearly 07% cumulative enhancement on first year cost shall be applicable from Second Year onwards. iii) Final amount for 05 years shall be automatically calculated and will be reflected in total Amount quoted.
All inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance of HVAC system ,BMS,VRV/VRF, PCPA, Split air-conditioning system including ventilation and mechanical pressurized smoke extractor system after DLP of Two years as provided under the main contract including trouble shooting, preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance etc. as required as per good engineering practice, recommendation of the manufacturer, instructions of Engineer-in-Charge and as per terms and conditions specified (for 05 years after Defect liability period of 02 Years.) Note: i) Amount to be quoted for First Year only. ii) Yearly 07% cumulative enhancement on first year cost shall be applicable from Second Year onwards. iii) Final amount for 05 years shall be automatically calculated and will be reflected in total Amount quoted.
All inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance of of water supply system including hydopenumatic system , sprinkler system,WTP,RO system, water coolers etc after DLP of Two years as provided under the main contract including trouble shooting, preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance etc. as required as per good engineering practice, recommendation of the manufacturer, instructions of Engineer-in-Charge and as per terms and conditions specified (for 05 years after Defect liability period of 02 Years.) All inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance of IP EPABX (Digital/IP) System including Telephone / Intercom instruments. and its associated system after 03 years CAMC including 02 years of DLP (03 years CAMC is inclusive in construction cost) as provided under the main contract including trouble shooting, preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance etc. as required as per good engineering practice, recommendation of the manufacturer, instructions of Engineer-in-Charge and as per terms and conditions specified from 4th to 7th Year after commissioning of project. Note: i) Amount to be quoted for fourth Year only. ii) Yearly 10% cumulative enhancement on fourth year cost shall be applicable from fifth Year onwards. iii) Final amount for 04 years(4th to 7th year) shall be automatically calculated and will be reflected in total Amount quoted.
All inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance of Flight Information Display System (FIDS) and its associated system after 03 years CAMC including 02 years of DLP (03 years CAMC is inclusive in construction cost) as provided under the main contract including trouble shooting, preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance etc. as required as per good engineering practice, recommendation of the manufacturer, instructions of Engineer-in-Charge and as per terms and conditions specified from 4th to 7th Year after commissioning of project. Note: i) Amount to be quoted for fourth Year only. ii) Yearly 10% cumulative enhancement on fourth year cost shall be applicable from fifth Year onwards. iii) Final amount for 04 years(4th to 7th year) shall be automatically calculated and will be reflected in total Amount quoted.

All inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance of Active Networking Components, Data Center (Server Room),Access Control System ,SCS- ICTand its associated system, after 05 years CAMC including 02 years of DLP (05 years CAMC is inclusive in construction cost) as provided under the main contract including trouble shooting, preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance etc. as required as per good engineering practice, recommendation of the manufacturer, instructions of Engineer-in-Charge and as per terms and conditions specified for sixth Year after commissioning of project. Note: i) Amount to be quoted for Sixth Year only.
All inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance of Active Networking Components, Data Center (Server Room),Access Control System ,SCS- ICTand its associated system, after DLP of Two years and 05 years AICMC(05 years AICMC is inclusive in construction cost) as provided under the main contract including trouble shooting, preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance etc. as required as per good engineering practice, recommendation of the manufacturer, instructions of Engineer-in-Charge and as per terms and conditions specified for seventh Year after commissioning of project. Note: i) Amount to be quoted for Seventh Year only.
Providing services of support Engineers of L1 and L3 for 07 years after commissioning of project. Note: i) Amount to be quoted for total Seven Year.
Operational and Service Charges for maintaining all assets (All civil works but excluding horticulture works) constructed under the project for 02 years during Defect liability period (Total cost for 02 years to be quoted)
Operational and Service Charges including preventive maintenance , annual repairs and maintaining all assets (All civil works but excluding horticulture works) constructed under the project for 05 years after expiry of Defect liability period of two years (Total cost for 05 years to be quoted after defect liability period of two years )
Operational and Service Charges including preventive maintenance , annual maintenance and maintaining all horticulture works constructed under the project for 07 years (Total cost for 07 years to be quoted)
