Supply and installation Single Phase Smart Meter (Prepaid meter) conforming to IS:16444 with the following specification all as specified and directed:-

(a) AC single phase two wire, tamper proof static meter of Class 1.0, 240 Volt, 50 Hz, 10 - 60 Amp having anti-tamper features.

(b) Meter should support 30 min instantaneous data for voltage, current, power factor, power cumulative energy, cumulative energy and frequency.

(c) Meter should have connect / disconnect facility functionally operable from prepaid billing software.

(d) Meter should have facility of configuration with web based software as well as suitable for existing software of L&T make with data management module.

M&L Construction of Fly ash bricks masonry valve pit chamber of size 1.20x1.20x1.5 metre (depth) internal dimensions with 15 cm thick foundation using PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 over 15cm thick hard core, 23 cm thick fly ash brick wall built in cement and sand mortar 1:4, 15mm thick internal plaster including 50 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 bedding, 3mm thick MS sheet cover with 40mm x 40mm x6mm MS angle iron frame fixed in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) coping with 25mm x 6mm flat iron hold fast with handle and locking arrangement including necessary painting steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, excavation, earth work, returning & filling in type of soil and disposal of surplus soil at a distance of not exc. 50 m, complete all as specified.

Excavation by trenchless technique for boring hole horizontally under road, pavement, hard standing etc using ultra sound technology machine and providing and inserting HDPE pipe of 15o mm bore suitable for 0.4 Mpa pressure in the horizontal bore well dug complete all as specified and directed.

S & F PVC junction box of inside dimension 250 mm x 200 mm x 100 mm (depth) complete with industrial conductor, clamps made out of flat iron 60 x 5 mm including connecting from the junction box to street light complete all as specified and directed. The platform shall be 450 mm high above ground level and shall be of adequate size leaving minimum 300mm all around the feeder pillar board for movement.

Supply and fix MCCB 250 Amp with MS enclosure double door made out of CRCA sheet 3.0 mm thick of size 450mm x 450mm x 250mm depth with aluminium bus bar mounted on epoxy insulators, fixing arrangement with suitable MS clamps for fixing on pole all as specified and directed.
