M&L Construction of brick masonry valve chamber, in replacement of existing old valve chamber of size 900mmx900mmx900mm internal size with the following specifications complete all as specified and as directed :- (a) Demolition of existing dilapidated valve chamber of internal size 900 x 900 x 900mm (b) Foundation in PCC 1:4:8, type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates (c) Brick masonry walls, 230mm thick, built in cement mortar 1:4. (d) Coping over brick masonry walls in PCC 1:2:4, type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregates, 75mm thick. (e) Rendering in cement mortar 1:4, 15mm thick to internal surfaces and 150mm alround the external surfaces. (f) 3 mm thick MS sheet cover fixed to MS frame work made of 50x50x6mm thick angle iron with suitable MS hinges including providing of locking arrangement. (g) Painting steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer.
