Supply of CI collar only suitable for fixing on existing cylindrical CI transformer housing boxes of size 330 mm (dia) x 400 mm ( height ), along with cutout in the top and bottom plate of dia 220 mm, suitable holes for fixing the base plate of runway/taxiway elevated type light fixture, including ceiling gaskit including supply of 12 Nos bolts of size M 10 x 25 mm along with plane & spring SS washers and rubber gasket suitable for base plate of the light fixture, the average thickness of side walls 6 mm and complete with grinding, finishing and painting in black enamel paint etc. of following sizes 100mm

Dismantling & Re-Installation, Testing and Commissioning of elevated halogen type HIRL/MIRL fittings on the existing transformer housing/Adopter boxes including dismantling, reinstallation of transformer, lens, lamps and other accessories alignment, leveling and making transformer connections, earth connection complete as required.

Fixing of CI collar (adoptor box) of size 330mm (dia)x100/175/75mm (height) on exixting cylindrical CI transformer housing boxes of size 330mm (Dia) x 450mm (height) including dismantling of light fixtures, fixing of nut and bolt with washers, gaskets etc. and providing & laying of CC ratio 1:2:4 all around the adoptor box and providing required slope, plastering and finishing the surface complete as required.

Supply items:- Supply of 6 sqmm size 5 KV grade plug and receptacle of type I, class 'B' connector and suitable field attachment with 5 KV grade PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, single core copper conductor cable as required and confirming to the specifications.

Supply items:- Supply of 5 KV grade, 6 sqmm single core copper conductor XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed , AFL cable, as specified in techincal specifications complete as required.

Supply of elevated type high intensity runway light fitting suitable for Runway edge lights use with Halogen lamp, complete with lens support mechanism, prefocus lamp holder, lens clamping mechanism, central column assembly, breakable coupling, gaskets and two pin secondary lead, base plate with 6 Each M-10 stainless steel bolts, spring and plain washers and other accessories with outer dome glass and 2 x 180 degree CLEAR/YELLOW/RED inner lens/filter, 150 Watts, 6.6 amps, halogen lamps etc., complete as required and confirming to ICAO requirements and particular specifications enclosed. a) Clear/clear (FAA/ICAO compliant)Y/C

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.
