Taking down existing water proofing treatment of any description incl PCC padding,/ or cement plastering work any thickness from roof surfaces, cleaning of roof and prepairing it for further treatment incl make good necessary dubbing out wherever required and removing rubbish from site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sq. metre complete all as specified and as directed.

Matrial and Labour for Cement Concrete 1:2:4 Type B-0 (12.50 mm Graded Stone aggregate in padding, finishing surface concrete topping even and fair (without using extra cement) of average thickness 40 mm in slope as required over roof complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Providing, cement concrete of Type in roof kerbs on roof or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed By Engineer-in-Charge

Material and Labour for 10 mm thick Plastering in CM 1:4 on concrete roof surfaces using water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement and finishing the surface even and fair. WPC will be measured separately.

Supply only liquid waterproofing compound ISI Marked all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Applying evenly two coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sq.m incl cleaning surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified. (Make- M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd)

Material and Labour for Preparation of newly laid APP membrane roof treatment over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing in Repair Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of capacity 500 Ltrs (Including Dismantling of Existing Tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I, including making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet and overflow pipe and provision of wash out pipe etc and 20 mm ball valves High Pressure PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball complete.

Supply and Fix in Repair Ball valves 20/25 mm dia high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed as approved.

Supply and Fix in repair Galvanized Steel Tubes of bore 15/20 mm, 'Medium grade' galvanised, with all necessary fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and Fix in repair Galvanized Steel Tubes of bore 25 mm, 'Medium grade' galvanised, with all necessary fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and Fix in Repairs PVC (SWR) pipes of 110 mm Dia, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors or fixed to walls incl all necessary fittings complete all as specified and as directed by Engnr-in-Charge

Supply and Fix in Repairs PVC (SWR) pipes of 75 mm Dia, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors or fixed to walls incl all necessary fittings complete all as specified and as directed by Engnr-in-Charge

S&F for Bands Straps Supports or stays for Rainwater Ventilating Pipes Including Bolts if required Hooks stay heavy for large complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix in Repair Gun-metal, globe or gate valves 20/25 mm, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate 75 mm thick as in plinth protection and similar works finished fair even laid in bays n.exc 2m in length and joints filled with bitumen mastic 1:3 complete incl dismantling of existing any type all as specified and directed

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement plaster 1:4 on fair face of brick/concrete/stone masonry surfaces including finishing the surfaces even and smooth (without using extra cement) incl mixing with integral water proofing compound complete incl Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Integral water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces

Supplying and applying fibre reinforced, UV resistant elastomeric liquid applied waterproofing & Heat reflective coating coating with PU Hybrid polymers & acrylic fibres, one primer coat then two coats. The coating shall resist 10 bars of water pressure as per DIN 1048 standards, with elongation of 350% as per ASTM D412 & crack bridging of upto 2.5mm conforming to ASNZ standard, The coating shall reduce the surface temperature of 10 degrees, etc., complete as per manufacturer specifications.
