REPAIR AND MAINT OF AC PLANTS AND REPAIR AND SERVICING TO COOLING APPLIANCE WORKS UNDER GE NASIK ROAD CAMP.

M&L for Periodical maintenance of Central AC plants 3x25 TR like checking for proper electrical connection, checking/tightening of V belt, checking refrigerant pipe line, arresting refrigerant gas leakage if any, checking of proper functioning of electrical control panel, checking/cleaning of pre filter (twice in a month), and routine checking to ensure smooth running of Central AC plants complete all as specified and as directed:- Note: Replacement of compressors Spares, condenser fan motors, Blower and motor, Solenoid valves, Drain pumps, Refrigerant, Oil etc., if required shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of BoQ (a) Make: ACCEL SMC 3x25 TR Central AC plant (01 No as stand By) (Simulator Bldg)

M&L for Periodical maintenance of package AC plants 4x11 TR, 2x7.5 TR, like checking for proper electrical connection, checking/tightening of V belt, checking refrigerant pipe line, arresting refrigerant gas leakage if any, checking of proper functioning of electrical control panel, checking/cleaning of pre filter (twice in a month), cleaning of out door unit with soap solution and routine checking to ensure smooth running of package AC plants complete all as specified and as directed:- Note: Replacement of compressors, condenser fan motors, Blower and motor, PCBs, Solenoid valves, Drain pumps, Refrigerant, Oil etc., if required shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this Schedule. M&L for Evacuating of refrigerant gas from the system into the empty cylinder for up to 25 TR capacity central AC plant, leak testing of the plant with dry nitrogen gas (N2) pressure by separating the entire system like low side, high side compressor condensers and rectifying the leakage vacummizing re-charging of evacuated refrigerant gas and testing complete all as directed.

M&L for Evacuating of refrigerant gas from the system into the empty cylinder for up to 11 TR capacity Package type AC plants, leak testing of the plant with dry nitrogen gas (N2) pressure by separating the entire system like low side, high side compressor condensers and rectifying the leakage vacummizing re-charging of evacuated refrigerant gas and testing complete all as directed.

M&L for Evacuating of refrigerant gas from the system into the empty cylinder for up to 7.5 TR Package type AC plants, leak testing of the plant with dry nitrogen gas (N2) pressure by separating the entire system like low side, high side compressor condensers and rectifying the leakage vacummizing re-charging of evacuated refrigerant gas and testing complete all as directed. Note for item No 3, 4, 5: Topping up of gas will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for cleaning of FRP cooling tower of round/bottle/square type of up to 25 TR capacity by opening the top cover of cooling tower, removing the spare pipe and nozzles properly without any damage to clean the same, cleaning the PVC fills and cooling tower base through circulating caustic soda mixed with water solution for half-an-hour and drain out the dirty water, cleaning the entire cooling tower with wire brush including replacement of old/unserviceable worn out gaskets, bolts, nuts & washers including testing and commissioning for proper functioning complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for disconnecting and removing the condensing pump set up to 7.5 HP from the central AC plant installations transporting to workshop for repairing after opening up pump set and replacing of unserviceable ball bearings, including cleaning, oiling, greasing of internal parts, replacement of worn out nut, bolts, washers and gland packing etc, transporting back to site, reassembling in the central AC plant including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning of AHU cooling coil with using alkaline based acid of 25 TR capacity by taking out pre filter frame, cleaning of cooling coil, cleaning of AHU dampers, cleaning of drain tray and line, Blower and motor bearing greasing and re-commissioning the unit all as directed.

M&L for disconnecting and removing the AHU motor up to 5 HP from the central AC plant installation, transporting to workshop for repairing after opening up pump set and replacing of unserviceable ball bearings, including cleaning, oiling, greasing of internal parts, replacement of worn out nut, bolts, washers and gland packing etc, transporting back to site, reassembling in the central AC plant including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for overhauling of compressor of capacity 25 TR of Make ACCEL Model SMC 8-65 complete all as per manufacturer's instructions for improved performance and designed parameter as specified including the following at simulator plant. (a) Complete dismantling of compressor and replacing the defective parts as found and reassembling the complete compressor, then oil charging, and doing pressure test using N2 gas as specified & hold for 24 Hrs to detect leakage and again same tests after repairing the leakage to ensure no leakage in the complete system, after that vaccuming the compressor to remove moisture & air complete all as specified & directed. Note :- 1) For BOQ Sl Item No 10. R22 Gas, Oil and spare parts will be measured and paid separately under relevent item of Schedule
