M& L for taking down/scraping out all loose and weak mortar or concrete by chiseling wire brush or any other pre applied mortar to expose the reinforcement including cement plaster from any height of RCC overhead tank complete all as specified and directed at site including erection of necessary scaffolding upto required height to carryout the work smoothly all as directed.

M&L for cleaning of corroded reinforcement bars throughly remove oil, grease heavy corroded/loose scale matter including cleaning the bars by wire brush and applying rust removing chemical polymer based on all exposed reinforcement bars complete as per manufactureres instructions including erection of necessary scaffolding upto required height to carryout the work smoothly all as directed . Note surface area of reinforcement to be treated only to be measured.

M&L for providing and fixing additional reinforcement of MS cold twisted deformed IS-1786 (or TMT bars) 8mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape as required in places wherever necessary by welding to existing reinforcement etc complete all as specified and directed at site

M&L for providing and fixing wire netting of mild steel wire mesh of size 25mm x 25mm and 1.40mm dia fixed with tinned tacks of wire staples to existing old reinforcement whereever necessary in place of new reinforcement bars by welding for supporting the concrete including necessary scaffolding as required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Cutting out existing cracks in surfaces forming grooves of 25mm x 40mm size cleaning the grove thoroghly with blower applying primer coat of water proofig epoxy coating as per manufacturer instruction with suitable brush to form a film on the surface of grove, filling the groove with epoxy (Hardner + resin) based grouting chemical as per manufacturer instruction and finally applying the sealing coat of the same grouting chemical is applied per running meter length of groove including necessary scaffolding as required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for grouting in RCC concrete surfaces:- (a) Marking the areas of construction joint. (b) Fix 12mm dia PVC injection sockets upto 75mm depth at spacing of 0.5 mtr c/c in three layer. (0.5 mtr above the joint, 0.5 mtr below the joint and specified joint) (c) Before injection grout compressed air shall be blown to remove all dirt & dust (d) Inject grouting chemical at a pressure of 4 to 5 kg/sq cm (epoxy grouting) with pump using injectable consistancy manufacturers instructions till refusal of appearance of grout from adjacent including necessary scaffolding as required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for pressure shortcreting 20 - 40mm thick in CM 1:3 to all affected area of RCC overhead reservior staging using 6mm aggregate downwards and including necessary scaffolding for the height from ground to bottom dome using polymer based shortcreting chemical @ 2% by weight of cement and finished the concrete surfaces at edges and corners and as directed by Engr-in- charge. (Note : Shotcreating/guniting at a height up to appox of OHT)

M&L for applying two coats of polycreteR-1 manufactured by M/S Sika India Pvt Ltd/ M/S Fosroc Chemicals/ M/S Hindcon Chemical Limited over polymer mortar plastering as pretective curing coat complete all as specified and directed

M/L for taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as directed & specified by EIC.

M&L for applying epoxy based bonding materials as per manufacturer instruction to bind the old cement concrete with new cement concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15mm thk on fair faces of concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:3) using polymer based water proofing chemical @ 3% by weight of cement and finishing even & smooth without using extra cement including necessary scaffolding as required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge . Note chemical shall be measured and paid separately .

M&L for preparation of surfaces and applying two coat of food grade epoxy leak proof coating over primer surface on internal surface of domes including necessary scaffolding as required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M/L for painting to steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint with preparation of surfaces over a coat of red oxide primer at any height.

M&L for mild steel frame work as in grill, grouting etc ladder , railing and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified.

S&F Tie bars with screwed ends, nuts, washers & 5 MM thick mild steel plates for walls, chimneys, roofs, arches, etc. king rods & straining bolts conforming to Fe 290-0 Gde E-165.

Removing Debrish n exc. 250m & depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point.

M&L Preparation of old plainted surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed at any height.

M&L preparation fo new plastered surfaces of walls and applying tow coats of cement base paint over a coat cement wash with portland cement complete all as specified and directed at any height.

M&L preparation of old steel painted surfaces and apllying a coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed at any height.

Supply only polymer base water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of OH tank of 18 mtr staging from inside by desilting complete and removing all scale and dirt etc from tank by high pressure water jet and applying two coats of white wash from inside aftercleaning complete all as directed.

Demolition of PCC of any description & in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (unreinforced)

Removing debrish n exc. 250m & depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point

M&L for hard core (broken stone) of gauge n. exc 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n. exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface.

M&L cement concrete 100mm thick type D-2 (1:4:8) (40mm graded agregate) as in su base complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC type B2 1:2:4 laid as floor in alternate way furnished with XPM impresion of expanded metal with out using extra cement.

Glass dividing strips, 3mm thick, inserted in position, conform to design
