Complete maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn trees, shrubs, hedge, flower beds, foliages, creepers etc. including hoeing,weeding pruning replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mover and brush cutter , removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers(whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and menure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by office-in-charge (Cost of Good Earth, Manure, Fertilizer, Insecticide, Pesticide will be provided by the Department & lawn mover and brush cutter with fuel, other T & P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor). Prestigious works (250 sqm x 24 months).

Cutting of Hedge/Edge including removing of cut material, cleaning, hoeing of hedge/edge bed watering, manureing and applying insecticides and fungicides etc.(excluding the cost of material which shall be supplied by the department) and as per direction of officer in charge (50 sqm x 24 months).

Cutting of designer hedge/edge removing of cut materials, cleaning, hoeing of hedge/edge bed watering manure and applying insecticides and fungicides etc.(excluding the cost of material which shall be supplied by the department) and as per direction of officer in charge (100 sqm x 24 months).

Complete maintenance of trees (Out side garden features), jobs like making of basin at regular interval i/c watering, weeding, pruning & application of fertilizer etc, (excluding the cost of material which shall be supplied by the department) and as per direction of officer in charge. Trees for 250 no/(up to 4 & up to 3 year Slow & Fast growing group). (50 Nos x 24 months)

Trees for 300 No. (4-8 & 5-6 year Slow & Fast growing group) (50 Nos x 24 months).

Complete maintenance of shrubs (Out side garden features), jobs like making of basin at regular interval i/c watering, weeding, pruning & application of fertilizer etc, (excluding the cost of material which shall be supplied by he department) and as per direction of officer in charge (200 Nos x 24 months).

Maintenance of potted plants Cement pots at ground floor in flats and ground floor bungalow,office complex including application of good earth, manure, insecticide, pesticide and fertilizer, removing of dry parts by pruning, cleaning dry leaves and displaying in appropriate place and replacement of broken pots coloring of pots and change of location of pots and replacing with fresh plants as and when required (Materials shall be provided by the department) as per direction of officer in charge (50 Nos x 24 months).

Maintenance of potted plants Earthen pots in displayed at multi storied office buildings,flats and ground floor bungalow,office complex including application of good earth, manure, insecticide, pesticide and fertilizer, removing of dry parts by pruning, cleaning dry leaves and displaying in appropriate place and replacement of broken pots coloring of pots and change of location of pots and replacing with fresh plants as and when required ( Materials shall be provided by the department) as per direction of officer in charge (For Earthen pots 250 Nos). (350 x 24 months)

Clearing of grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m out side the periphery of the area cleared

Supply and stacking of Organic manure (Wormy compost) packed in 50 kg plastic bag.

Supply and stacking of red earth at site suitable for horticulture works including loading, unloading carriage etc., complete as per the direction of Officer in charge( red earth measured in stacks shall be reduced by 20% for payment).

Supply and stacking of well decayed cow dung manure at site suitable for horticulture works including loading, unloading carriage etc., complete as per the direction of Officer in charge (manure measured in stacks shall be reduced by 8% for payment).

Provision of job work (seasonal works) for Garden features around Operational office premises and other unexpected emergency works which are unsusceptible for measurement) and occasions like swachh bharat week observations, days of national importance etc including all necessary tools and equipments etc., complete as per direction of officer-in-charge.

Carriage of pruned tree branches /rubbish/garbage and/or any other waste etc., by mechanical transport (5 cum capacity truck/trip) up to a lead of 10 km/trip (municipality dump yard or any other disignated location by city) etc and disposal of the same at designated dump yard of city corporation including loading, unloading carriage and charges for corporation etc., complete as per the direction of Officer in charge.

Providing and Displaying of Aglaonema Sam ht.30 cm well developed three in one, having 18 to 20 fresh, healthy and attractive colorful leaves in 35 cm size Earthen pot/Chali/Tray & as per direction of the officer-in-charge

Providing and displaying of Araucaria cookie plant, having ht. 75 cm to 90 cm, straight, well developed, fresh and healthy with lush green leaves from bottom to top in 25 cm size of Earthen pot / Plastic pot & as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and displaying of Areca Palm plant, having ht. 90 cm to 120 cm with 5 to 6 suckers, well developed, fresh and healthy with lush green foliage in 25 cm size of Earthen pot / Plastic pot & as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and displaying of Chamaedorea elegans palm having ht. 60 cm to 75 cm, well developed with fresh and healthy leaves in 25 cm size of Earthen pot/Plastic pot. & as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and displaying of Dracaena Song of India plant (three in one), having ht. 30 cm and above, multibranched, well developed with fresh and healthy leaves in 25 cm size of Earthen pot / Plastic pot & as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and displaying of Money Plant Broad Leaves mounted on moss stick 1.20 m ht., 5 to 6 plants in each pot, well developed with full of fresh & healthy leaves in size of 25 cm Top dia x 18 cm Bottom dia x 25 cm Perpendicular height Earthen pot / Plastic pot & as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and displaying of Syngonium Variegated plant, mounted on moss stick 90 cm ht., 3 to 4 plants placed in each pot at equal distance, well developed with full of fresh & healthy leaves from bottom to top in 25 cm size of Earthen pot / Plastic pot & as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing floral Bouquet arrangement (including cost of flower) with different flower varieties using fresh & healthy flowers of ROSE/GERBERA/GLADIOLI/CARNATION/LILY/WILLIAMS/ DAISY/ Asparagus and other seasonal variety properly arranged in transparent fancy poly sheet, wrapped wth colour ribbon etc or as per direction of Offficer-in charge for 24 months.

Maintenance of Potted Plants at Nursery in Earthen pot including resetting/ displaying at Nursery, including watering, weeding, hoeing, colouring, transplanting the damaged pots and disposal of generated garbage at specified place as per direction of officer-in-charge. (Good earth, manure, fertilizer, insecticide & pesticide shall be provided by the department) (600/month*24 months).

Providing and displaying of Sanseviera trifasciata plant having ht. 60 cm to 70 cm, well developed with fresh and healthy foliage up to 6-8 leaf blades in 25 cm size of Earthen pot / Plastic pot & as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and displaying of Spathiphyllum plant having ht. 50 cm to 55 cm, well developed with fresh and healthy foliage up to 6-8 leaves and 1 flowere in 25 cm size of Earthen pot / Plastic pot & as per direction of the officer-in-charge.
