Roughening the surfaces of old concrete floor and roof by picking, sweeping, cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for as in Floors,surface channel etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including removing the rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6) as in floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid coloured joint free ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in whiter or coloured cement to match as in floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid coloured joint free ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18Sqm but not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, in floors , skirting , riser and landing etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in whiter or coloured cement to match as in floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (Using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floors as levelling course for Bath,WC floor below tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) as in vertical surfaces of skirting dados repairs to steps complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for glazed ceramic colour tiles 450X300X 7 mm thick as on vertical surface of wall such as skirting, dado, riser etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface of tile approved by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles light shade 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles as in floor and skirting complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness as in floors, apron etc laid, bedded and pointe in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for double nosing and steping stone 15mm thick of colour as approved (Jhonson or equivalent) as in Treads of stiarcase set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Vitrified tiles 8 to 10mm thick (Square/rectangular) as in risers of staircase set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including 10mm thick screed bed for laying floor finishes in Cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 18-20 thick Zed Black Granite ,single piece minium 2 metre length as in cooking platform, shelves etc over 10 mm thick cement screed bed in CM (1:4) , laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including Grinding, polishing to gratinite finish to the edges of projected portion of granite slab of cooking platform, shelves etc. chamfered to half round complete all as specified and directed..

Providing holes to cooking platform of 25mm dia for inserting cooking gas pipe in suitable place as directed by Engr-in-Charge one no each kitchen.

Taking down tarfelt with cement plaster from roof surfaces and lowering and removing the same to a distance exceding 5km and not exceeding 6Km in location as directed by GE including roughening of old concrete suirface of roof by wire brushing and cleaning the surface to remove all loose dust etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in cement mortar (1:4) in order to maintain proper slope over existing roof surfaces for applying single component acrylic polymer modified, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Polymeric membrane shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this Schedule 'A'.

M&L water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab including parapet comprising of the following course of treatement / specified from bottom to top :- (a) Applying Bituminous primer @ 0.40 Ltr per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof including parpet surfaces. Over the priming coat laying one layer APP based polymeric membrance of approved manufacturer, 3 mm thick of weight not less than 3.60 Kgs/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester fabric weight not less than 160 gms per Sqm. Edges of APP membren shall be inserted to vertical surfaces of wall as per relevant IS or as per manufacturer's instruction Polymeric members shall be taken to a height of 60cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrance flashing. (b) Application of two coat of bituminous aluminium paint over the polymeric membrane after necessary preparation and cleaning. NOTE :- (i) Laying APP based polymeric membrance shall be done by torch on method or as per manufacturers instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 100mm shall be made at the end and 75mm shall be made at the sides of the polymeric membrance respectively and sealed all ovelaps and joints as per Manufacturers instructions.

M&L for 40mm thick Plain Cement Concrete Type B1 (1:2:4) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in floors including finishing surface even and smooth using extra cement , making impression of expanded metal when the concrete is green complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete Type B1 (1:2:4) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) inroof kerbs, slightly rounded or chamfered on edges mixed with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement finished even and smooth on exposed concrete surface without using extra cement. NOTE : WPC will be measured seperately.

Dismantling water tanks and removing to store of capacity exceeding 500 ltrs & not exceeding 1000 ltrs complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 1000 ltrs rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) incl connecting up pipes securing access covers etc as specified and as directed.

Dismantling water tanks of any discription capacity exceeding 250 ltrs and not exceeding 500 ltrs complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 500 ltrs rotational moulded polyethelene water storage tanks (cyclindrical vertical with closed top) incl connecting up pipes securing access covers etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exceding 250 Ltrs and not exceeding 500 Ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in same position after cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Plain Cement Concrete Type B1 (1:2:4) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in water tank platforms,filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of 20 mm dia PVC ball cock (PVC float valves) complete high pressure with epoxy coated aluminum rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed as required to use reducer and check nut complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and laying of ready to use non shrink ,cementitious free flow micro concrete, upto required thickness at the designated areas, to the prepared slurry tight shuttering with proper shear connectors and bonding agent where ever necessary .The fluid Micro-concrete repair material shall be single component , cement based to which only site condition of water and approved graded coarse aggregate where ever specified shall be permitted . The micro concrete shall contain no mettalic aggregates or chlorides and shall be shrinkage compensated in the plastic state. The micro concrete in the flowable consistancy should ahieve a compressive strength of 50 N/ Sq.mm after 28 days at 30 degrees Centigrate as per BIS 4551-80.The unrestrained expansion shall be between 1-4 % as per ASTM C827 -1987. Again as per BS 4551-80 the flexural strength shall not be less than 5 N/ Sq.mm @ 28 days. The Micro Concrte shall have a coefficient of thermal expansion 10-12 x 10 -6 /oC and thermal conductivity 1.50 W /moC . The mixed density of micro concrete shall exceed 2100-2200 Kg/Cu.M 227oC including standard steel scaffolding upto a height of 11 M NOTE : The above treatment will be done in presence of company authorised person Make of non shrink ,cementitious free flow micro concrete :- Renderoc RG of FOSROC or Sikarep Microconcrete-4 of Make sika or Equivalent.

M & for water proofing treatment to sunken floor with the following course of treatment/ specification: (i) Cleaning top surface of floors /slabs and laying 50 mm thick (avg) PCC of grade M10 (Nominal mix) , mixed with WPC as per manufactrrer's instruction laid in slope 1:20 towards spouts including coveting corners (ii) 15 mm thick plastering in CM (1:4) on sides mixed with WPC as pe rmanufacturer's instruction. (iii) Applying 1st layer of slurry @ 0.488 kg / sqm mixed wth acrylic based polymer modified cementious compound @ 0.253 kg /sqm This layer shall be allowed to air cured for 4 hrs .st layer of slurry of cement at the rate of 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with acrylic based polimer, modified cementitous composite compound at the rate 0.253 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 04 hours. (iv) applying 2nd layer of slurry @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with accrylic based polymer modified cementenous compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm.This layer shall be allowed to air cured for 4hrs followed with water curing for 48 hrs.(v) Applying a coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 penetration @ 1.50 kg/sqm on plastered and concrete surfaces (vi) Providing 150 micron thick polyutethene paint in two coats (each of 75 micron measured dry on dry surface over a coat of PU primer including preparation . (Make of PU primer - Dek guard EP -302 of M/S Fosroc or equivalant approved brand.Make of PU paint - Dek guard PUor equivalant approved brand. (vii) 2 Nos 32mm bore GI medium grade 450mm long spout ,to be provided through external wall to drainout accumulated water.(vii) Sunken floor shall be tested for water tighness by filling water for 72 hrs before and after treatment work is carried out and ensure that no leakage /seepage exists (ix) Sunken portion shall be filled with lean concrete of grade M7.5 stone agreegate

Taking down Ceiling Fan 1200 mm sweep, sealing cable end,dismantling blades and removing fan and blades to store to keep it in safe custody and refixing/hanging only the ceiling fan and connecting up after B/R plaster work all as directed.

Material and labour for earthing with GI earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25m below the ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below the ground level connected to galvanized iron wire 4mm dia earth lead by means of bolts & nuts,check nuts & washers made of galvanised steel, earth strip protected by and including PCC (1:2:4) type B1 precast RCC cover slab (M-15) reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 100mm center to center bothways including one handle made of 10 mm dia round bar, including necessary excavation and earthwork in any type of soil, 20 mm dia medium grade galvanized steel tube for watering with one end fixed with cast iron funnel and wire mesh, 15 mm bore medium grade galvanized steel tubing for drawing earth lead GI wire protection & common salt, charcoal in alternate layers etc. complete all as shown in EP No 3 of SSR Part 1 2009 and testing on completion complete including dismantling the existing unserviceable earthing complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for sheet metal enclosure fabricated out of 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet, totally enclosed type, dust & vermin proof, with suitable sized supporting MS angles & suitable openings at top & bottom for entry of outgoing / incomming cables, fixed with nuts & bolts & front side openable with hinged shutter with suitable locking arrangement duly painted with 2 coats of powder coated paint over a coat of red oxide primer (spray paint) with minimum dimensions (90 x 75 x 20 cm ) flush to wall for incorporating 01 No TPN DB, 04 Nos electronic meters etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of electric water heater, storage vertical type, BEE 5 star rated, 25 ltr capacity 230 volts AC, 50 Hz comprising of high wattage heating element for instant heating, extra thick SS inner tank of superior 304 grade, rust & shock proof ABS outer body, non-ferrous pressure plate with & including provision of Pressure relief valve and grouting bolts suitably flushed to wall or any other surface including electric connection with 3 core PVC insulated, sheathed, stranded copper conductor cable/flexible chord complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for GI water tubing medium grade 15 mm dia fixed on wall with all fittings and fixtures complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of angle stop valve with wall flange, chromium plated, screwed down (CP) of size 15 mm fancy type complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15mm bore bib taps, cast copper alloy chromimum plated, fancy type, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of Hot and cold water connection 450mm long for Geyser, including connection pipe complete with all necessary items complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of modular AC box with 16 A SPN MCB including sheet steel enclousure 230 volt complete all as specified and directed..

Taking down unsv DB/Main Switches/Elect Meter of any type and any capacity incl taking out MCBs(SP/SPN) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty ISI marked) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 sq mm 4 core laid in trenches/ drawn into pipes/fixed to walls complete incl taking out old cable/service wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of cables etc and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing were directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting level complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning in cable trenches over & under the cable, with river washed coarse sand, as per standard practice with proper compaction complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Punned thickness 18 cm shall be considered for payment as per para 19.75 of SSR Part-I.

Supply and laying for brick protection for protection of cable over sand cushioning cables inside the trench by using common brunt clay building bricks sub-class “B” old size brick and flat and width wise along the axis of the trench complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 40 mm dia GI tubing light grade ISI marked laid in trenches / laid under floor for protection of cable including all fittings such as elbow, bends, etc and short length complete all as specified and directed.
