Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including chaina mozaic, WC etc. (Note:- For item No 1.00 to 55.00 Work to be carried out at G+14 bldg including top roof and lift machine room parapet walls with scaffolding & safety measures in repairs and in patches).

Treatment of sunken floor slab compraises of the following specifications and all as specified :-

M&L for cleaning the sunken/lowered portion of RCC slab surface (including vertical total depth plus skirting height) of floors by wire brush, chisel out any mortar sticking to the surface and brooming completely. 40mm thick average PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by wt of cement consumed.as in padding conc to achieve proper slope including cutting holes in bricks or RCC wall for spout (Cost cutting holes and pipes shall be measured and paid separately)

Rendering of uneven surfaces with 6mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by wt of cement consumed. Fill it with water and check dampness and seepage. Where dampness/ seepage is noticed, nozzles shall be fixed and grouting carried out.( WPC shall be measured & paid separately)

All junctions points of side wall where CI/GI pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy puty.

After drying putty, wash the slab and sides of sunken portion with water and make it clear and clean.

M&L for applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating as per manufacturs instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level+100mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion all as specified and directed.(This item shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L plaster the bottom and sides up to bottom of the skirting with minimum 20mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound 3% by wt of cement consumed as per manufacturer's specification including rounding of corners and junctions sloping towards spout.( WPC shall be measured & paid separately)

Note :- Test the water proofing area (ponding test) by filling water for at least 72 hours and tested for leakage seepage and to the entire satisfaction of GE. Test shall be done in presence of reps of PMG and record for each sunken slab shall be maintained. The treatment shall be carried out by authorised applicators of chemicals. Cost of testing is included in the rates quoted above.

All pipes laid in sunken portion shall be covered with 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 all round after painting with anticorrosive paint (Black Japan shall be paid separetely).

M&L Cutting holes in bricks or RCC walls excluding half brick built in cement mortar including making groove after inserting and setting spouts all as specified.

S&F GI pipe 50mm dia medium grade laid on sunken floor complete all as specified and direced by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating as per manufacturs instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level+100mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion all as specified and directed.

M&L for pipes laid in sunken portion shall be covered with 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 all round after painting with anticorrosive paint (Black Japan) shall be paid separately

M&L for filling with PCC 1:5:10 type E2 (1 Cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded aggregate 40 mm nominal size) as specified.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked.

Dismantling floor, hearth, or wall tiling incl cement mortar for bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

M&L non-skid coloured Ceramic tiles 300x300x6 to 7mm thick (square/rectangular) in floors etc, set and jointed in epoxy mortar and pointed in white of coloured cement to match including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 all as specified.

M&L coloured glazed ceramic tiles 300x200x7mm on verticalsurfaces set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment including Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 backing coat to tiles complete all as specified.

Taking up or down GI tubing and connections 15 mm bore including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified.

S&F GI Tubing 15 mm bore medium grade with all fitting and fixed complete to wall and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified.

S & F in repairs Bib tap 15mm bore, cast copper alloy fancy type chromium plated, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs Stop valves 15mm bore, cast copper alloy fancy type chromium plated, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S & F swivel shower of PTMT any colour for fixing with 15mm pipe (Min weight 40 gms)

S&F in repairs for vitreous china squatting pan Orissa pattern of size 580 x 440 mm white with back inlet and integral footrest and anti syphonnage pipe including 'P' or 'S' trap and provn of lime concrete complete all as specified supplied and fixed in repairs.

S & F in repair Vitreous China Ware Wash hand basin white, flat back, size 550 x 400 mm size (flat back or angle back type) including cutting for and pinning ends of brackets or erecting stand.

S & F in repair 32mm dia waste coupling of PTMT (half or full threaded) minimum weight 32mm- 45gms. (Make:- Blue star/Nirali)

S & F in repais pillar tap 15mm bore, cast copper alloy fancy type chromium plated, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed

S&F PVC connection 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450mm

S&F 32mm dia High density polyethylene (HDPE) pipes of pressure 6 kgf/sqcm for WHB in repairs includding socket & screw complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC valveless, syphonic action type, flushing cristern, 10 ltr capacity low level, white, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets

S&F Flush pipe of polyethylene of low or high density for low level cistern.

M&L for CI Nahani trap dia of outlet 75mm fixed in repairs including jointing to waste pipe in runlead fixed in cement concrete type B 1 (1:2:4).

S&F PTMT grating doom over Nahani trap and floor trap of 100mm Dia (Minimum weight 25 gms)

Taking down cement plaster of any discription including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water in patches n.exc. 4 Sqm each.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on other than fair faces of bricks work or concrete finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for 05 mm thickplastering in CM 1:3 on concrete surface on ceiling finished even and smooth all specified & as directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick plastering in two coats 15 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:6 and 5 mm thick setting coat in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement on fair faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified including scaffolding, Safety net etc all complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified.

All as per item 32.00 above but on ceiling.

M & L for Preparing surfaces plastered new wall surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion white or tinted over a coat of priming paint over one coat of white putty all as specified.

M&L preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of Acrylic based exterior paint exterior grade (100% Acrylic) over a coat of primer & bio wash on wall.

Taking down CI soil/waste/vent/rain water pipes including all fittings like shoes bends swan necks etc of any dia all as specified and directed.

S & F CI soil/waste/vent pipe in any length with ears 100mm bore (sand cast) in any length with cement joints fixed to walls complete all as specified directed.

S & F CI soil/waste/vent pipe in any length with ears 75mm bore (sand cast) in any length with cement joints fixed to walls complete all as specified directed.

S & F CI bends (any radius) for soil/waste pipes 100mm bore diminishing pieces or tapers on walls complete all as specified.

Cleaning & drying surface of floor /dado of bathroom, WC & kitchen etc by mechanical means i.e. blower etc as directed.

Opening joints of floor tiles, junction of floor & dado tiles, 300mm height from bottom layer of dado tiles with electrical grinder, electrical blower etc complete in WC, bathroom & kitchen all as directed.

M & L for inserting chemical mixture of Polymer 960: GP Resin: Super seal M-104, Aquapox in appropriate ratio of 1:1:1:1 by weight in paste form through these opened joints of floor tiles and dado upto 300mm high from floor in bathroom and kitchen including NT etc complete.

All as per item No 48.00 above but in WC.

Taking down chowkats or frames not exc 1.5 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames).

S & F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 2omm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; panelling of fplain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/sealed to the stiles. & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with sovent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & direction.

S & F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & direction.

S&F 150mm extruded aluminium handles, fabricated type anodised.

S&F 150mm aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section

S&F 100mm size stainless steel medium weight butt hinges all as specified and directed.
