Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5m wide and n.exc. 1.5m in depth for laying of pipe and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Sl Item No. 1 above but depth exceeding 1.5 mtr and not exceeding 3 mtr complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling in, mass concrete for foundation of pole, transformer, panel board, stay, post top lantern, repairs to road cutting, drain, path etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of new pole / reconstruction old damaged copings etc, including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour stone dust for coushioning of UG cable/ at cable trenches inside substation bulding complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick protection with sub class 'B' bricks for UG cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling taking out carefully old/unserviceable UG cable of any type, any size from trenches / poles / ducts / LT panels after dismantling ends from OH conductors / MCCBs / joint boxes for relaying / refixing or carrying to store for schedule of credit complete all as specified and as directed.

Materisl and labour for fixing or passing through pipe, laid in trenches or fixed to pole / wall or fixed to LT panel board, 1100 volts grade, heavy duty cable with PVC insulated stranded aluminium conductor served with inner sheathing of PVC tape, armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 6 sq.mm 2 core with required aluminium cable lugs, heat shrink joints, colour code heat shrink sleeves at both cable ends all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- (i) Heat shrink joint 2 core/4 core will be measured and paid under appropriate item of this Schedule. (ii) Serviceable GI tubing obtained from Sl Item No. 9 here-in-before for cable protection will be refixed/relaid, No extra measurement/payment will be made. (iii) New GI tubing required as per site requirement will be measured and paid separately under respective item of this schedule. (iv) Heat shrink sleeves of 25mm long on HS joint for colour indication will deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (v) Additional aluminium cable lugs required for jointing cable termination will deemed to be included in the quoted rate and no extra measurement/payment will be made.

Material and labour for steel tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws conforming to IS : 2713 and made out of structural steel tube conforming to IS: 1161 and painted internally with a coat of bituminous paint and externally one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint as specified type 410 SP-31 (9 mtr long) complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour only for re-fixing of steel tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate, painted internally with a coat of bituminous paint and externally one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint as specified type 9 mtr long complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking down old/un serviceable cross arms, bracing, supports etc complete for reuse at site or carrying to store for sch of credit all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix rolled mild steel as in cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking down old / un serviceable ACSR conductor any size complete for reuse at site or carrying to store for schedule of credit all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix ACSR conductor including jointing with existing conductor and straining on LT pole and proper fastening to pin / shackle type insulators with aluminium binding wire and required jumpering connections all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking down old/un serviceable insulator of any type, any size from pole / stay for reuse at site or carrying to store for sch of credit complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix pin type, porcelain, vitreous, brown, including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washer and one galvanised iron nut, 100mm height and 65 mm dia for 1100 volts grade all as specified and as directed.

NOTE :- (i) Complaint will be notified to contractor on mobile phone at any time between 0800 to 2200 Hrs and has to be rectified with in 12 hours after notification, failing to which Rs500/- per day complaint will be recovered. fault locating with electronic fault locator, excavation and earth work, disconnecting and reconnecting both end of cable, relaying of sand and protective cable covers are deemed to be included in the quoted rate all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (ii) joint kit will be measured seperately in appropriate item in this schedule

Material and labour for disconnecting LT cable of any size from pole (height 7.5 to 9 mtr) /transformer panel and re-connecting of cable at both ends after removing carbon /burnt insulation part of cable by cutting, refixing cable with new suitable size of cable lugs, the entire repair work to be completed with in 06 hours of instruction from Engr-in-charge as specified. NOTE :- Complaint will be notified to contractor on mobile phone at any time between 0800 to 2200 Hrs and has to be rectified with in 06 hours after notification, failing to which Rs 500/- per day complaint will be recovered.

Supply only DO fuse element 11 KV upto 25 Amps rating all as specified and as directed.

Taking down defective LED street light fittings of any type, any capacity from 7.5 to 9 meter height poles and bringing down to ground, carry out necessary repair work including replacement of defective spares required, testing on ground and refixing in its original position to the entire satisfaction of Engr-In-Charge. NOTE :- (i) Spare parts required for the repairs will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items of this schedule. (ii) Small items such as clamps, nut, bolts and washers are inclusive of quoted rates.
