COMPREHENSIVE AND PERFORMANCE BASED INTERNAL ELECTRICAL INFRASTRUCTURE CONTRACT INCL REPLACEMENT OF ALUMINIUM CONDUCTORS OTHER CONNECTED ITEMS IN OLD CANTT AND FORT CANTT PRAYAGRAJ.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminum point wiring (light/fan/socket power) complete , including fixture and fitting such as switches, ceilling roses, pendants, regulators, socket, light fittings etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per condition seperately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated un - sheathed single core multi stranded copper conductor FRLS cable 1100 volts grade (conforming to IS) drawn through and including rigid non metallic PVC conduit not less than 20mm dia, medium grade with all necessary fittings, concealed wiring , for light/ fan point controlled by one switch including 1.5 Sq mm PVC insulated unsheathed copper stranded conductor for earth continuity conductor and connected to earth dolly and to be terminated in 1.6 mm thick pressed steel terminal boxes/ on PVC Boxes (concealed type in permanent bldg and surface in temporary bldg or as directed) for mounting fittings like switch, socket, fan regulator etc. with 3 mm thick laminated bakelite sheet cover ,for housing switches, socket outlet, regulator etc., including cutting chases & making good in the surface in CM 1:4 complete all as specified or directed including testing on completion.

All as per item No. 02 above but for one light point controlled by two way.

All as per item No. 2 here-in-before but for one bell point on independent board controlled by one 5 Amps bell switch.

M&L for point wiring with PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed single core cable of multistranded copper conductor of size 2.5 sqmm as phase & neutral drawn in and including PVC conduit medium grade not less than 20 mm dia, ISI marked, duly concealed to wall/floor or above false ceiling of suitable size with all fitting and accessories laid on wall/ceiling alongwith 2.5 sqmm stranded PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed copper conductor(Green in color) as earth wire and connected to common earth dolly for the following incl cutting chases & making good to surface with CM(1:4) plaster and paint to match the surface complete incl provn of CI/pressed steel terminal switch box and Phenolic laminated top sheet cover 3 mm thick and fixed with brass screws cup washer for fixing switches/socket/regulators etc complete all as specified and directed for the following:- One 5 pin 5 amps socket outlet on same board.

All as per item No. 5 above but for One 5 pin 5 amps socket outlet on independent board.

All as per item No. 5 here-in-before but for One 6 pin 15/16 amps socket outlet on independent board

All as per item No. 5 here-in-before but for on independent board with cables of size 4 sqmm (geyser/AC point) complete.

M&L for point wiring for one light/fan point with PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed single core cable of multistranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm as phase & neutral drawn in and including PVC casing caping not less than 20 mm wide, ISI marked, in surface casing caping to wall/floor or above false ceiling of suitable size with all fitting and accessories laid on wall/ceiling alongwith 1.5 sqmm stranded PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed copper conductor(Green in color) as earth wire and connected to common earth dolly for the following incl making good to surface with CM(1:4) plaster and paint to match the surface complete incl provn of CI/pressed steel terminal switch box and Phenolic laminated top sheet cover 6 mm thick and fixed with brass screws cup washer for fixing switches/socket/regulators etc complete all as specified and directed for one light/fan point controlled by one way switch.
