Supply and laying of underground cable protective cover as per specification as given below: The concrete slab shall be machine made using semidry concrete that is batched in a fully autimatic PLC controlled concrete batching plant and cast in a fully automatic "vibro-Press" machine with a high vibration frequency and hyraulic pressure of 40 MT, the size of the slab shall be 480mm x 250mm x 50 mm, (+/- 2mm) and the concrete grade shall be M30 adhering to IS 456:2000 and shall have a minimum crushing strength of 30 N/mm2/(28 days strength) when tested. (120/0.48 * 5 nos)

Heavy duty, HDGI Class B pipe of inner diameter 150 mm

River Sand (except in sandy soil) bed of 200mm for cushioning of 33 KV XLPE underground cable, as per technical specifications & as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cable route marker (400 x 900 x 100mm), as per Department's standard specifications. (every 50 mtr)

Plastic / PVC Warning tape ( for entire route length)

33KV Outdoor 3 x 400 sq.mm, anti-fog, Pre-moulded type or heat shrinkable type end termination kit complete with all accessories, suitable for cable as per technical specifications. The kit shall have total creepage distance of 31mm per KV and protected creepage distance of not more than 50% of the total creepage distance, suitable for heavily polluted atmospheric conditions for connecting to the new outdoor breaker panel complete by qualified jointers.

33KV XLPE 3x 400 sq.mm cable straight joints through Pre-moulded type or heat shrinkable type jointing kit complete with all accessories, of reputed make preferably Rachem jointing kit by qualified jointers. as per technical specifications.

Electrode type earthing material with 40mm, 2.5 mts long G.I pipe alongwith 20 Kgs Salt, 20 Kgs Charcoal and 5 mts of H.D.G.I flat of size 50 x 6 mm for earthing connection including material for brick masonary work
