(b) Material & labour for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) over cleaned sunken slab surfaces. Removing the plant/growth of any description size, any location of external surfaces of walls shafts by cutting & remvoing the roots completely spraying the suitable chemical (each plant 100 ML) in the removed portion to avoid re-growth & making good damaged portion to match the existing surfaces by PCC type B0 (1:2:4) 12.5 mm graded aggregate complete all as directed by Engr In Charge. (Chemicals : Gramzone/Roundup or equivalent suitable to remove/destroy the plants/roots)

Material and labour for Cleaning vertical and horizontal surfaces of unplastered masonry wall and concrete surfaces for loose materials/dust and applying two coats of epoxy resin component (Dr. Fixit DAMPGUARD or equivalent) solution/mix using nylon brush pouring Base part in appropriate container followed by the Hardner part and mix thoroughly to attain homogeneous smooth paste and dilute the mixed compound with water in ratio 1 part Base: 1 part Hardner: 1 part water by slow addition and mix thoroughly until a brushable consistency is obtained, first coat will be allowed to dry for 6 to 8 hrs before application of second/final coat) incl curing treated surface for 24 hrs complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for rectifying the leakage of 15-20mm reducers/extension nipple/union/tee/elbows etc including replacement of these items with necessary fixtures etc to make functional the same complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 30 mm thick second class hardwood factory made Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (b); supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for second class hard wood factory made 35mm thick plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9mm BWP commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides, 30 mm thick, ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed .

M&L gauged shutter shall be made out of U frame 35x35x5mm, 25x25x5mm and 1.5mm thick as shown on drawing. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail,lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing wire gauzed i.e. panel will be of wire gauze in lieu of single side prelam PVC sheet panel.
