M&L for cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry (1:3) complete all as specified and directed. (above four storey bldg)

Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3. (Seven storey bldg).

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed. (Seven storey bldg).

M&L for providing, cement concrete type B-0 (1:2:4) using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs, padding or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges all as specified and directed. (Seven storey bldg).

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on roof padding finished even and fair with approved water proofing compound @ 200ml per 50kg of cement or as per manufacturer's instruction all as specified and as directed.(Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevent item). M&L for rendering 15 mm thick Cement plaster in CM 1 :4, (5 mm thick with WP compound/liquid over 10 mm thick cement plaster in two layers) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with water proofing compound @ 200ml per 50kg of cement or as per manufacturer's instruction etc finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.(Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevent item). M&L for water proofing treatment on horizontal and vertical surfaces with Providing and laying / fixing TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin)membraneincl Cleaning the surface and laying of 200GSM Geo textil and cover up with TPO RF 1.2 mm thermoplastic membrane on roof & up to 300 mm of parapets and crumple joint including junction of roof and parapet, welding the seam joints with hot airgun/machine and terminate the corners with extra protection to bear the high wind pressure. The TPO should be thoroughly tightened with the lower structure using mechanical fastening properly to avoid the corners and seam joint failure.Make :Asian paints TPO or equivalent product of M/s Bauchemic/CIPY/SIKA/Pidilite/Dr fixit TO membrane. Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed. (Seven storey bldg).

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with soild blocks, type C1 (1:3:6) using 20mm graded aggregate exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed. (above four storey bldg)
