RequiredCopy of valid Enlistment Order in appropriate Class and Category issued by CPWD, Contractors (Class-II and above) and CPWD Enlisted Contractors of (Class-III and below only SR Region Enlisting in SDG(Chennai), ADG(Kochi), ADG(Bengaluru) and ADG(Hyderabad) and valid on the last date of submission of the bids.

RequiredGST registration certificate of the state in which the work is to be taken up, if already obtained by the bidder. If the bidder has not obtained GST registration in the state in which the work is to be taken up, then in such a case the bidder shall upload following undertaking with the bid document if the work is awarded to me I/We shall obtain GST registration certificate within one month from the date or receipt of award letter or before payment of 1st R.A. bill.

RequiredERP Training certificate of self or his / her authorized representative regarding successful completion of ERP Training from ERP portal.
