Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles

M & L Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius using old size brick built in CM 1:4

M&L for stone walling of squared rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 complete all as required.

M&L for extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones upto 20mm maximum depresion and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of squared rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses complete all as direceted

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, and making the surface clean etc.

M&L rendering in two coats (15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 over 5 mm thick in CM 1:3) on fair faces of brick/stone masonary or concrete surfaces of wall finished even & smooth without using extra cement. Including liquid water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement (Note: WPC will be measured and paid separately as supply only)

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of walls by mechanical means and applying two coat of cement base paint (Ist quality) in plain pattern on walls (using roller brush) and over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of walls, preparing old suffaces and applying two coat of plastic emulsion paint on walls complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of same from outside MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, coloured rubber moulded any shape and size 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment ISI marked over and including 25mm thick sand layer complete all as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as directed.

M&L Pre-cast cemetn concrete block mjasonry type CI 1:3:6 20mm graded agg with solid bloacks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete

M&L chequered cement concrete tiles with grey cement and pigment 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over and including15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing, cement concrete 1:2:4 ty B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in roof kerbs, etc rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel, including gates work of any description not otherwise provided complete all as directed.

Dismantling Trellis work (jafri), including taking as under of battens of trellis (posts and rails measured separately), complete all as directed.

Providing precast cement concrete louvers and jallies, 35 mm thick ( measured solid) including all mouldings but excluding frame type B-0 1:2:4 ( 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) set in CM 1:4 complete all as directed.

S&F framed such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bar shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed baluster, walk way, railings, frame work of water tankand similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for framed work as in doors,trusses or gates of angle or other section as chowkhat., tie bar, hold fast, guard bars complete, drilled for fixing complete

Dismantling CGI/asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated etc) sheets in roof coverings including ridges complete.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of any colour having tensile strenght of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws/J hook,L-type crancked hook as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mps as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

S&F in repair Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of old steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Dholpur stone cladding (16 to 18mm thick) gang saw cut with machine cut edges, uniform colour of each stone size exceeding 0.5 sqm area fixed with and including one number SS clamps (grade - 202) of flat-30mm X 2mm, 150mm long made to shape in each slab, making V groove at top and bottom of stone and drilling hole fastener, polishing, rubbing & including silicon treatment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for grinding, polishing, rubbing & including silicon treatment etc to old surface of Dholpur stone cladding complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wore mesh any type or in any position complete all as specified and directed

Fixing in repair mild steel galvanised chain link fencing 4mm dia of mesh size 100mm x 100mm including line wires, flat iron, round bar etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing 4mm dia of mesh wire, mesh size 100x100mm including line wires, flat iron, round bars, nut bolts and washer etc complete all as specified and directed.
