Scarifying Existing Granular Surface to a Depth of 50 mm by Manual Means

Providing and applying primer coat over prepared surface of granular base with bitumen emulsion as per IS:8887 & manufacturer"s Specifications @ 6 kg/10 sqm with a self propelled or towed bitumen pressure sprayer equipped for spraying the material uniformly at specified rates and temperatures (including cleaning of road surface) as per MoRTH Specifications : CI 502, 112

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared non-bituminous surfaces (cement concrete pavement) cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MoRTH Specification Clause 503

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500-7 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site with all leads laid over a previously prepared surface with transported to site with all leads laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH Specification Clause 504. Mix Seal Surfacing Providing,laying and rolling of close- graded premix surfacing material of 20mm thickness composed of 11.2mm to 0.9mm (Type-A) or 13.2mm to0.9mm (Type-B) aggregates using Viscosity grade bitumen to required line,grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base,including mixing in a suitable plant ,laying and rolling with a three wheel 8- 10kN static roller and finishing to required level and grades as per MoRTH Specification. Providing and laying bituminous concretewith 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder minimum @5.2& 5.4 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH Specifications Clause 507 complete in all respects
