Comprehensive maintenance for the following fire alarm systems and connected cables, detectors, manual call points, response indicators, hooters and replacing unserviceable parts. The following checks to be carried out to ensure smooth and effective operation of fire alarm system at ASTE. Hangar No-10 complete all as specified and directed. (a) Checking control panel, power supply, LED indicators, fuses, circuits and cleaning zone cards. (b) Functional checking of smoke detectors and cleaning of LED & sensing chamber. (c) Checking sound effectiveness and functioning of hooter and PA speaker. (d) Checking circuits, glass function & LED.

All as per item No 1 above but for following fire detection and fire alarm system at ASTE.-Telemetry (i) 04-06 zone conventional fire detection and fire alarm system. -01No (ii) 16 zone conventional fire detection and fire alarm system. -01No

All as per item No 1 above but 04-06 zone conventional fire detection and fire alarm systems. -05 Nos at IAM complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 1 above but 04-06 zone conventional fire detection and fire alarm systems. -02 Nos at 26 ED.

Comprehensive maintenance for fire hydrant with booster pump, control panel, hose reel drum with hose, fire hydrant valve, fire hose, nozzle, pressure gauge, pressure switch and replace the u/s parts.The following checks to be carried out to ensure smooth and effective operation of fire hydrant systems at IAM- 03 Jobs complete all as specified and directed. (a) Checking of fuses, indication lamps, auto & manual function, fault indication switches, over load relays, contactor, single phase preventer and internal wiring of control panel. (b) Checking Electric motor with pump alignment, gland packing and running performance. (c) Checking of the movement of spindle, lug of hydrant valve and applying grease for free movement/ servicing. (d) Checking of fire hoses, male/female coupling and nozzle. (e) Checking leakage and nozzle operation of hose reel drum. (f) Checking terminals, voltage, current, specific gravity, acid level and applying the petroleum jelly on batteries.

All as per item No 7 above but fire hydrant with booster pump, control panel, hose reel drum with hose, fire hydrant valve, fire hose, nozzle, pressure gauge, pressure switch at Akash Vihar-05 Jobs complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 7 above but fire hydrant with booster pump, control panel, hose reel drum with hose, fire hydrant valve, fire hose, nozzle, pressure gauge, pressure switch at Vishwa Vihar - 01 job complete all as specified and directed. Note : The above item job is for Fire fighting pump house comprising of 100 HP pumps-02 nos with jockey pump, connected piping/ valves/ systems/ MCC for automatic on/off of jockey pump/main pumps complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 7 above but fire hydrant with booster pump, control panel, hose reel drum with hose, fire hydrant valve, fire hose, nozzle, pressure gauge, pressure switch at ASTE - 01 job complete all as specified and directed. Note : The above item job is for Fire fighting pump house comprising of 100 HP pumps-02 nos with jockey pump, connected piping/ valves/ systems/ MCC for automatic on/off of jockey pump/main pumps complete all as specified and directed.

Note : The above item job is for Fire fighting pump house comprising of 75 HP pumps-02 nos with jockey pump, connected piping/ valves/ systems/ MCC for automatic on/off of jockey pump/main pumps complete.

The following checks to be carried out to ensure smooth and effective operation of fire alarm system at ASTE New Hanger. (11 Pairs) complete all as specified and directed. (a) Consisiting of UV / IR flame detectors. (b) Multi criteria smoke/ Heat detectors/ Duct detectors. (c) Water Sprinkler system. Note: for Ser item nos 1 to 9(A) : (a) Spares shall be measured and paid sperately. (b) Monthly checking Report/ serviceability state shall be put up to the Engr-In-Charge every month without fail.

M & L for addressable multicriteria smoke detector with base in replacement of old UNSV complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for manual call point in replacement of old UNSV complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for electronic hooter in replacement of old UNSV complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PA speaker in replacement of old UNSV complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for battery 12V, 7AH in replacement of old UNSV complete all as specified and directed.

S & F perculating canvas fire hose of 63mm dia, reinforced tuber lined 15 Mtr long with suitable male and female Gun Metal coupling on each end complete incl taking down old canvas hose complete all as specified and directed. Note : The Fire hoses shall be confirming to IS-158423 with ISI Marked complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out u/s first aid fire hose reel, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of first aid fire hose reel 30 meters long 25 mm dia high pressure rubber hose mounted in the hose drum with shut of nozzle and connected to wet riser piping of 20mm dia and ball valve complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for branch nozzle 63 mm in replacement of old UNSV complete all as specified and directed.

S & F perculating canvas fire hose of 63mm dia, reinforced tuber lined 7.5 Mtr long with suitable male and female Gun Metal coupling on each end complete incl taking down old canvas hose complete all as specified and directed. Note : The Fire hoses shall be confirming to IS-158423 with ISI Marked complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out u/s first aid fire hose reel, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of first aid fire hose reel 20 meters long 25 mm dia high pressure rubber hose mounted in the hose drum with shut of nozzle and connected to wet riser piping of 20mm dia and ball valve complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unsv swinging hose reel drum and supply, fixing swinging type hose reel drum of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unsv starter panel of Terrace pump 7.5 HP 3 phase 415V, of any model/make for repairs. Servicing the same by replacing the u/s contacts and relay complete to make it completely functional complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down u/s fire brigade collection box, supply and fixing of fire brigade collection box fabricated out of 1.6mm mild steel sheet with double glass shutters secured with rubber lining and locking arrangements including painting with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint (postman red colour) over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unsv pressure gauge from position, S & F new pressure guage 4" dia, 0-21 Kg/cm2 rating complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of MS sheet enclosure of 3.15mm thick for pump set of overall size 2.0m x 1.5m x 1.0m factory made with opening in both ends for entry exit for pipe with locking arrangements including two coats of synthetic enamel paint (postman red colour) over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for dismantling the existing centrifugal pump set (Terrace pump) from position by disconnecting the electrical connections and taking down the centrifugal pump set complete along with motor of capacity 7.5HP, 3 phase and transporting to workshop for servicing/overhauling and greasing, incl painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (Postman Red colour) over a coat of red oxide zink chromate and replace the following worn out parts, and reinstallation, testing and commissioning etc complete all as specified and directed. (a) Bearings for Motor – 02 Nos. (b) Bearings for pump – 02 Nos. (c) Gland packing – 01 Set. (d) Bolts, nuts and washers – 01 Set.

Dismantling the existing electric motor 7.5 HP of any make from the base plate by disconnecting the electrical connections for rewinding of motor by taking out burnt out copper winding from the motor, cleaning the casing and slots with wire brush and washing with pressure water and rewinding the motor using super enamelled insulated copper wire matching with existing gauge and necessary insulating/heating completely for drying up, and painting the motor with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate and refixing the motor on base plate and reconnecting the electrical connection etc, including transporting, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the existing electric Feed pump motor 1 HP any make from the base plate by disconnecting the electrical connections for rewinding of pump or by taking out burnt out copper winding from the pump, cleaning the casing and slots with wire brush and washing with pressure water and rewinding the motor using super enamelled insulated copper wire matching with existing gauge and necessary insulating/heating completely for drying up, incl painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate and refixing the motor on base plate and reconnecting the electrical connection etc including transporting, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out existing unsv GM gate valve of size 65mm dia after dismantling the existing union, nipple and cutting out rusted threaded portion and making new thread and fixing new GM gate valve thread type (heavy duty) of ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GM valve 65mm size, heavy duty, flanged type ISI Marked including all jointing materials complete in replacement of unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.32 above ,but , of size 80mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out existing unsv GM single headed fire hydrant valve of 63mm dia, Supply and fixing GM single headed fire hydrant valve of size 63mm dia confirming to IS-5290 with ISI marked including gaskets, nuts and bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F CI Foot valve of size 150mm conforming to IS 4038, complete fixed in replacement of old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F CI Foot valve of size 100mm conforming to IS 4038, complete fixed in replacement of old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Lead Acid Battery, 180 Ah, 25 plate in replacement of old unsv battery of Diesel Engine operated Fire fighting pump set incl connecting up along with suitable new copper leads complete all as specified and directed.

S&F butterfly Valve 50mm dia cast copper alloy screwed down high pressure with iron wheel screwed both sides for iron pipe confirming to IS 13095 and fixed in replacement of old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.38 above but of size 80mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.38 above but of size 100mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Non return sluice valve of size 80mm dia fixed in replacement of old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 41 above but of size 100mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable/corroded MS pipe off sizes carefully and Supply, laying and connecting ERW steel pipe 6.0 mm thick as per IS 3589 (1981) including specials complete with all fabrication job done as required at site and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (postman red colour) over a coat of red oxide for nominal dia of pipes as follows and (a) 100 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 43 above but 80 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 43 above but 65 mm dia .Note : for item nos 44 to 46 The Rate deemed to be inclusive of one coat of anti-corrosive bituminious paints for portion of pipe laid under ground complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to foam tank with stand made of SS sheet capacity (300 ltrs) , welding leakages at site and testing leakage test and filling with UL listed make foam impounds complete connecting hoses to water monitor all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for servicing, checking and rectification of defects of any testing, of existing control panel 04/06/12 zone all the electrical, electronic componanent, zone card, power control board, and control wire etc. all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling in repairs refiilling , Servicing and Pressure Testing of ABC type Fire Extinguisher of 04 Kg Capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling in repairs refiilling , Servicing and Pressure Testing of CO2 type Fire Extinguisher of 4.5 Kg Capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling in repairs Dry chemical powder (ABC-IS 15683) Extinguisher 6Kg capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and filling in repairs Carbon dioxide extinguisher (IS: 15683/IS : 2878) 22.5 Kg capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and installation in replacement of Loop card for Revel Fire alarm panel as per sample held with Age E/m office complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and installation in replacement of Loop card for Mircom Fire alarm panel as per sample held with Age E/m office complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and installation in replacement of Morely 1 Loop Addressable for Mircom Fire alarm panel as per sample held with Age E/m office complete all as specified and as directed.
