Contract of Sugar Handling
Carrying of empty bags from store to drier house and marking. Colour etc will be of contractor
Carrying bag to sugar bin, filling, weighing, stitching , numbering and Grade wise store in drier house.
Filling sugar bags of S-30from grader, stitching, numbering & shifted in drier house.
To stake sugar bag from drier house to sugar godown in the mill premises with contractor’s own vehicle upto the height of 50 bag for 50 kg packing. If stackers are not working sugar bags will be stack with the help of wooden plants.
Remelting of 4% of production seed sugar, rori, dust etc including carrying up to magna melter.
Loading of sugar bag in to truckes from sugar godown or other place. a.During Season b.During off season c.Loading of Brown Sugar
Shifting of Sugar bags. A. One Godown to same Godown B. One Godown to other Godown
For reprocessing of moist sugar from Godown to boiling house and filling in bags, weighing, stitching and stacking in godown in countable possible.
A. Shifting of brown sugar of last season. B. Filling, weighing, stitching and Stacking of brown sugar of current season in sugar godown in countable position.
I. Cleaning of all sugar godown/per month & put up sweebag sugar into old empty bags etc. II. Repair of Torn bags weighing, stitching & stacking in countable position.
Fixing of PP liners in jute bags
1. Unloading of fertilizer 50 kgs bag 2. Unloading of Pesticides 100 kgs bag 3. Unloading of sugar bags in retail shop 4 Unloading of sugar bags bale (Jute) 5. Unloading of sugar bags bale (PB)
