M & L for water proofing treatment on roof surfaces in the following manner:- (a) The surfaces shall be painted with hot bitumen grade 30/40 confirming to IS-73 @ 1.20 kg/sqm over a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.30 ltr/sqm. (b) supply & lay 3 mm thick APP water proofing membrane reinforced with non woven polyster matt laid using butane torch by torch on application with a side lap of 10 cm & 15 cm end lap weinghing not less than 3.5 kg/sqm.

Temporarily blocking and cleaning of inlet of septic tanks/manhole with suitable wooden plugs/gunny bags and pumping/bailing out effluent and taking out/removing the accumulated sludge soil sewage/any other foreign/foul materials etc (solid/semisolid) from the septic tanks/manholes. complete and cleaning the septic tank/manholes with water by mechanically including taking out the blocking arrangements of inlet and making the system functional complete all as specified and directed. Temporarily blocking & cleaning of sewage line with suitable wooden plugs/gunny bags and cleaning the same by rod-ding and removing the sludge alongwith brick bats/stones/broken bottles/any other foreign materials etc complete and cleaning the sewage line with water by mechanilly as directed by EIC, and taking out the blocking arrangements of inlet and making the system functional for 150 mm bore size of pipe lines, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 127 above but 200 mm bore

M&L for 150 mm bore SGSW drain pipe (Grade-A) laid in trenches and jointed in CM 1:1 and tested complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Steel windows with side hung shutters including projecting type hinges with steel handle, and steel peg stay, complete with glazing bars, dovetailed or welded , complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling post or struts (wood/steel or rcc) any section incl taking out embedded portion and making good distrubed on normal ground in concrete, brick works masonary complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for timber framed and fixed with clean sawn of second class hard-wood in scantlings/staging frame including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc including taking down complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Each line wire to be measured)

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or squre nut exc 5 cm long but n.exc 10cm long dia of neck in 11 to 15mm etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, welding etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 fixed in repair, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 fixed in repair, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for mild steel plain sheet 1.25 mm thick as in hearths; covering to door shut ters; covering to door chowkats (frames); chullah hoods; water tanks; water troughs; ducts; urinal troughs and funnels, etc. cut to size edges beaded if directed, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel members, etc., with plain 40 mm lap joints or welded/ riveted seams including bending, turning up, mitred angles, stopped ends, outlets, etc. as required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F anodised Aluminium alloy sections sliding windows shutters with frames comprising Series -C (20mm), 2 track sliding shutters duly fitted with neoprene beading, glazing clips,locking device, heat absorbing glass 4.8 mm nominal thickness complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Welded steel wire fabric supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members(not exc 4 Kg/sqm) as in repairs including dismantling of old unserviceable wires, complete all as specified and directed.
