Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective overhead signage boards made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - III of ASTM-D-4956-01 as approved by Engineer-in-charge, letters, borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2001 in silver white with blue colour back ground and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class II of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminium alloys, rivets or bolts & nuts @ 300 mm centre to centre all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows along with theft resistant measures, including the cost of painting with two or more coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of aluminium sheet including appropriate priming coat. The rate includes the cost of rounding off the corners, lowering down the structural frame work from the gantry, fixing and erecting the same in position all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the engineer-incharge.( Structural frame work including M.S. plate to be provided separately. Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1:2 (1 cement : 1 coarse sand derived from natural sources : 2 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size de rived from natural sources)

Structural Steel Work : Providing, Fabricating, Assembling, painting, hoisting, erecting and placing in position MS Built-up section / Tubular Structure ( MS built-up section :-Rolled section & plates confirming to IS 2062 minimum required grade YST 250, Tubular Structure:- made from Steel hollow sections, ISI marked from SAIL/RINL/TATA/JINDAL/APPOLO, conforming to IS 1161/4923, minimum required Grade YST 310) in the profile shape as per drawings with special plate connector, pinion joints, plates, hollow sections etc. using water jet 3-D cutting/Plasma cutting/ CNC Oxyfuel cutting system for obtaining smooth 3-dimensional curvature, SAW/MMAW/MIG welding process with special plate connectors, pinion joints, plates, hollow sections leads and lifts upto all heights including transportation from fabrication yard, tools and plants and necessary scaffoldings etc. required for all operations involved. The structural members shall be painted with 350 DFT anticorrosive protection coating using Paint/Primer cum MIO of approved make with two coat of Epoxy Primer cum MIO 125 microns (each coat) thick and final coat of polyurethane paint 100 microns thick (to be applied in 2 coats) upto all heights including preparation of the surface by copper slag blasting before application of primer/paint as per SA 2.5 standards. The item shall be executed as per approved drawings, Particular Specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge complete.

Tensile Membrane Fabric: Providing, fabricating, assembling and erection of Special Architectural Tensile Membrane Fabric structure in desired profile as per drawing, with Mehler Texnologies Valmex Type-III Mehatop N or Serge Ferrari TX30 Type-III fabrics or equivalent having weight of 1050 g/sqm, minimum tensile strength of 6000/5500 N/50 mm (warp/weft direction) and tear strength of 900/800 N (warp/weft direction) with flame retardancy EN 13501-1:BS2D0. Weldable PVDF lacquer on both sides. Color of the fabric should be white, Conditional Warranty of 20 years on the fabric, over steel frames with all fittings and fixtures such as Galvanized MS Membrane/ End Plate, Shackles, Rigging Screws, Turnbuckles, swedge, fork, keder rods & galvanized MS strands/ cables with stainless steel end terminals complete as per Drawing/ Detail & as per technical specifications and as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge. (Rate includes cost of fabric, shop drawings, forming, cutting, fabrication, hot weld stich of fabric, Transport to the site, assembling and installation with GI cables, hardware, Aluminium flat, EPDM gasket and required accessories wherever required complete including lifts up to all heights, tools and plants, and necessary scaffolding etc. required for all operations in all respect as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge). Supporting structural steel frame and RCC foundation shall be paid separately. (Note: Actual Plan area of canopy shall only be measured for payment.)

Providing Engineering Consultancy Services for Designing, engineering, and patterning of Architectural Membrane, cables and related perimeter attachment hardware i/c associated structural steel frame, RCC foundation work, rain water drainage with all relevant calculation sheet and design vetted by I.I.T/NIT/Reputed Government College, issue of good for construction drawings and revision of drawing if required during execution etc. as specified in tender document and any other details related to consultancy work which are essential for successful execution of works etc complete as per direction and satisfaction of EIC. The steel structure has to be designed as per conceptual drawings of Tensile fabric profile including all arch beam, curved lateral beams and bracings, vertical support columns, nodal joints, bases of columns and SS pin joints as applicable.
