Supply fixing and testing commissioning and errection of DHP medical grade pipe solid drawn,seamless, phosphorus dioxidised, non-arsenical, half hard tempered and degreased,materials confirming to BS: 6017/1981 Table -2 (Cu-DHP) manufactured as per BS"2871/1971 part 1 Table X and dimension tolerance confirming to BS-EN 1057. pipe fitting confirm to BS -EN 12543: 1998 of size 28 X 0.9 mm OD with colour coding as per indian IS standerd alongwith flow of gas line complete all as specified and directed. Make:Janaya/ Mexflow/ AKTIVE as approved

Supply and fix Isolation Valve with adapter Ball brass valve type high pressure working tem (-30 degree to 180 degree tempreture of size 29 mm OD pipe along with pipe line network complete all as specified and directed. Make GHL/ M.R or eqvt as approved.

Supply & fixing Area alarm system (AAS) degital display for 2Gses with sensor, high and low setting of 1gas ,1vac with analog pressure indication for low and high pressure with mute and test facility AAS 2Gses 1gas ,1vac complete all as specified and directed. (make:GHL) or eqvt as approved.

Supply and fixing automatic control Panel (Gas Changeover system) for oxygen change three valve source mainfold outlet flow at 60 psi-1000 LPM of source transition automatically switches between existing oxygen liquid plant to a sami-automatic control panel to mainford system.with regulator hight pressure isolation valve and vent valve and bypass valve etc. Make GHL/M.R or eqvt as approved. Note: It automatically switches between Oxygen liquid plant, sami-automatic control panel and Emergency mainford system of medical gases, ensuring continuous supply without interruption.

Supply and fix (2Cyl ) Oxygen Manifold For Emergency With 2 tail Pipes ,NRV and Regulator Double Stage (with out cylenders) pressure rating 145 Kg/Sq.cm , wall mounting straight line complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix galvanised iron slotted strud channel of size 70X 40mm, of required shaped to carry DHP Medical pipe line alongwith Channel Jointer, channel support and connected accessories etc nuts bolts screws all as specified and required in site and painting one code of red oxide and two coats of aluminium paints making alternate black & white colour with synthetic enamelled paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for iron column pipe of size 50 mm dia, min 6 Mtr long and thikness 4mm, ISI marked, with cast iron base plate min 6mm thick taper plug bolts, nuts & screws for carring with medical pipe line including painting with one coat of red oxide and two coat of alluminium paint and black bitumen paint on hidden surface in foundation complete all as specified and directed. (Note: excavation and PCC works shell be measured and paid separetaly as appropriate items)

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and but exceeding 1.5 m deep upto 3.00 mtr and getting out in hard/dence soil for foundation of poles/stay/cable etc including getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard and dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete in foundation and concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 with (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping of pole, foundation etc as required complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc. not exceeding 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a one coat of red oxide primer for channel support and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting existing DHP Medical line and inserting new medical pipeline including brazing/ welding and other connected item as required on site complete all as specified and directed.
