AUGMENTATION OF ELECTRICAL SUPPLY AND CIVIL WORKS TO BLDG NO P1 AT CEPTAM AND PROVN OF MINOR WORKS AT CAIR BANGALORE

Providing anti-static flooring complete all as specified here-in-below :- a) Surface preparation of existing flooring, with proper diamond grinding/ shot blasting to remove dust, laitance, other contaminants etc., and to form the required anchor profile on the floor substrate, inspecting the surface for any cracks. Cracks if any shall be sealed with epoxy repair mortar. b) Installation of Electrode based electrostatically conductive epoxy flooring system in the following sequence :- (i) Over the surface, an epoxy resin based primer Sikafloor 161 HC (or techno commercial equivalent specified here-in-after) shall be applied having 100% solid content, compressive strength 60 N/ sqmm as per EN 196-1, Tensile flexural strength 30 N/ sqmm as per EN 196-1, bond strength 1.5 N/sqmm (failure in concrete) (ISO 4624), shore D hardness 76 as per DIN 53505. (ii) The earthing kit (Electrode) with copper tape shall be placed according to the specification mentioned. The name of the earthing kit would be Sika floor leitset and the copper tape would be Sika Kupferleitband. (iii) Over the primed surface, a conductive undercoat of Sikafloor 220W conductive water borne epoxy having solid content approx. 44% by weight and resistance to earth Rg 10 to 10Ohm as per IEC 61340-4-1 should be applied.

(ii) The work shall be got executed by an authorized applicator of the manufacturer. (iii) Total requisite quantities of all materials as per manufacturer’s instructions shall be brought to site alongwith original paid vouchers before commencement of the work. Cutting opening in cement concrete walls without reinforcement (any description) for door, window and other openings (with or without reveals) or enlarging existing openings, including trimming surfaces to receive rendering, etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing false ceiling (Grid with board), providing Material and labour for aluminium snap grid frame work of size 605 x 605 mm, framework suspended with Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (up to 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long, including fixing 8 mm calcium silicate board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre in 600 mm x 600mm grid, complete all as per manufacturers instructions, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and disposing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area of opening exceeding 1.5 sq m and not exceeding 4 sq m each, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4), type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Formwork and Reinforcement bars will be measured and paid under respective items.

Use and waste formwork to rough finished flat concrete surfaces sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunching, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs,etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, Mild steel TMT bars 5 mm dia over up to 10 mm dia, as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 98 mm thick, metal framed, non load bearing partition with two layers of 12 mm thick calcium silicate boards on either sides of GI frame work, including 50 mm thick insulation (mineral wood) fixed in studs @ 610 mm c/c (48 mm x 34 mm x 36 mm) with screws 25 to 35 mm ling self drilling with under head cutter all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix powder Coated aluminium frames and shutters (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 microns) and fabricating for doors, windows, ventilators and fixed partitions with one (or) more rebates including necessary joining cleat, glazing clips, rubber packing, snap bending crews etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- i) For payment purpose weight of aluminium section shall be measured and paid, ii) Cost of aluminium mongery. lock, rubber packing, rollers for sliding shall be deemed to include in the quoted rate, iii) Sheet glass and wire gauge shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items.

Supply and fix Plain Sheet glass 5.5 mm thick, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square, exceeding 0.5 sq. m in each pane all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix powder Coated aluminium window and ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodized aluminium snap beading, screws, anodized aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 no.). hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 no.) suitable handle (1 no.) complete all as specified complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Sheet glass and wire gauge shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items.

Complete removal of existing treatment from surfaces of walls by scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots with wire brushes and removing existing loose particles etc., and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint over a coat primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for concealed Point wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed, multi stranded copper conductor FRLS cable of size 1.5 sq.mm, 1100 grade, with PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sq.mm for earth continuity wire, drawn into and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit of suitable size, medium grade ISI marked including metal flush boxes of suitable size, modular white cover plate and holding plate for mounting switches/ sockets etc fixed on walls/ roof surface concealed in walls including all necessary chases cutting to wall and making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed for One light / fan point / socket point controlled by one, one way switch 5/6 Amps complete all as specified and as directed. Note : i) The quoted rate shall deemed to include the cost of metal flush boxes, modular white cover plate, provision of blank plates as per requirement and making the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing. ii) Cutting and chases in brick / block masonry for concealed wiring, including making good the disturbed surfaces matching with adjacent shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Material and labour for concealed Point wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed, multi stranded copper conductor FRLS cable of size 4 sq.mm, 1100 grade, with PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable of size 4 sq.mm for earth continuity wire, drawn into and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit of suitable size, medium grade ISI marked including metal flush boxes of suitable size, modular white cover plate and holding plate for mounting switches/ sockets etc fixed on walls/ roof surface concealed in walls including all necessary chases cutting to wall and making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed for socket outlet 20 Amps on independent board complete all as specified and as directed. Note : i) The quoted rate shall deemed to include the cost of metal flush boxes, modular white cover plate, provision of blank plates as per requirement and making the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing. ii) Cutting and chases in brick / block masonry for concealed wiring, including making good the disturbed surfaces matching with adjacent shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply and fix, exhaust fan 230/240 Volt, 50 Hz, single phase, AC supply, 300 mm sweep, 900 rpm, with louvers complete with metal body powder coated with protective steel bird guard on wall of building with and including provision of 3 core 1.5 Sq.mm flexible cable from ceiling rose to exhaust fan, including making hole in wall for fixing exhaust fan and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall matching with adjacent surfaces, including writing MES number on exhaust fan motor using synthetic enamel paint of approved tint, complete all as specified and directed.
