Fiilling in foundation & plinth with sand, incl. watering & ramming as per direction of Engr.-in-charge.

R.C.C work of M-15 grade with 20mm and down graded h.g.c.b aggregate with all cost, carriage and Royality etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in-charage.

R.C.C work of M-20 grade with 20mm and down graded h.g.c.b aggregate with all cost, carriage and Royality etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in-charage.

Single under reamed pile foundation with RCC (1:1.5:3) using 12mm size black hard granite (Crusher broken) stone chips including cost of boring but excluding cost of M.S./Tor steel and labour charges for cutting, bending and binding of steel

Supplying ,fitting and placing uncoated HYSD bar reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specification.( Unit-1 Qtl)

Rigid & smooth centering & shuttering for RCC works including false works and dismantling them after casting including Cost of Materials complete in ground floor
