Taking down carefully copper/AImn point wiring (Light,Fan/Point Socket or power) (fittings such as switches ceiling roeses, pendent, regulators, sockets etc to be measured & paid seprately) & making good to disturbed surface of walls/floors etc.

M&L point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS with stranded FRLS copper conductor single core 1.5 Sqmm (Nominal area), PVC insulated cable in and incl casing-n-caping medium grade with all connecting accessories incl mild steel sunken boxes suitable for mounting switch/sockets with earth dolly duly painted with two coats of anti corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer incl mounting frame over cover plate, covered with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet, incl PVC insulated FRLS copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (Nominal area) single core PVC cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly complete all as specified. Note : (i)Switch/sockets shall be measured and paid for separately. contaractor provided wiring diagram board.

All as per item No 2.00 here-in-before but with 1100 volts grade stranded FRLS copper conductor single core 4 Sqmm (Nominal area )single core flame retardant low smoke (FRLS) PVC insulated and unseathed cable ISI-694 marked TEC and FIA approved in and including PVC casing-n-caping. ISI marked with all accessories PVC junction boxes mild steel sunken boxes (terminal boxes) made out of 1.5 mm thick MS steel suitable for switches/ sockets with earth dolly duly painted both internally and externally with two coats of anti corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer covered with and including 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet including flame retardant low smoke (FRLS) PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper condutor 4 sqmm (nominal Area), 1100 volts grade single core cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connected to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i)Switch/sockets shall be measured and paid for separately.

Taking down old unsv exhust fan and Supply & Fixing exhaust fan, energy efficent metalic blades heavy duty turbo force of size 300 mm sweep, 900 rpm, AC, 230 volts complete with louvers, shutters, mounting on walls with holding down bolts, nuts, washers with cutting holes into or through stone/brick walls for fixing of 300 mm sweep exhaust fan including making good the cutting and matching the surface with existing surfaces and connection of flexible copper conductor cable three core ceiling rose to fan and testing complete all as specified.

Supply in replacement aluminium extruded energy efficient 12W inverter Bulb with inbuilt Li ion battery for power backup of 2 to 3 hrs with SS & MsMS zinc plated and passivated hardwares, IP20 ingress protection, LM80 certified LED .

Supply in replacement aluminium extruded energy efficient 22W inverter batten with inbuilt Li ion battery for power backup of 2 to 3 hrs with SS & MsMS zinc plated and passivated hardwares, IP20 ingress protection, LM80 certified LED .

Taking down carefully storage type water heater (Geyser ) of any make of capacity 25Ltrs after removing all electrical and water connection from installed position and supply & fixing Electric storage water heater (vertical type) 25 litres, with porcelain enamel glass lined inner tank 230 V, AC, Single phase, IS 2082 Marked, 5 Star rating, with 15mm brass non return valve and including connecting fastners not less than 100 mm with suitable nut, bolt & washers grouted in walls with complete masonry work for proper mounting of Geyser fastning bolts etc as directed as site reqmt and making necessary inlet and outlet water & electric connection tested on load including provision of 15 Amp plug top and PVC insulated & PVC sheathed copper conductor cable 4 sqmm 3 core upto 15 Amp plug point and inlet and outlet copper connection complete all as specified and directed.

Opening out the Exhuast fan for inspection, removing bush / bearing, cleaning of bush / bearing, replacement of unserviceable / worn out bearing / bush, shaft, removing burnt out coils from the slots, cleaning and reparing of slots, rewinding of fan motor with super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable size complete including insulating materials like varnishing etc. ressembling of fan complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F LED Building security light 30 watt pressure die cast housing with individuals LEDs & Lens with modular secondary optics and IP65 protection with electronics driver and copper conductor 3 core of 0.7 sqmm from ceiling rose to security light.

S & F MCB, 'C' curve SPN, 240 V, 40 Amp 240 volt breaking capacity 10 Ka complete all as specified and directed.

S & F MCB, 'C' curve TPN, 415 V, 40 Amp breaking capacity 10 kA complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for submain wiring with 2 single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 6 Sqmm copper conductor PVC sheathed in and including rigid PVC conduit heavy duty of suitable size incl cutting chiseling of wall and making good to disturbed surface of walls / floor etc with plastering painting etc so as to match with the existing finishes, drawn with 6 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable for earth wire fixed with shaddle and connecting to common earth teriminals complete all as specified. Note: For payment purpose 3 runs of 6 sqmm cable will be measured as one run”
