Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing,laying and curing etc complete

Supplying and erecting centering shuttering including necessary supports for plane surface in foundation and basement and in all floors for R C C column footing column plinth beam, beams, roof slabs, staircase steps, bed blocks, critical pier etc...,

Provision For 110mm dia 6ksc PVC Pipe for Dummy Duct as per Standard Specification.

Provision For Bitumen felt 15mm thick pad

Construction of Waiting Shed

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with in initial lead lift in hard gravelly soil for foundation etc. complete.

Plain Cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 mix using 40mm ISS metal including all cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete.

Re-filling the excavation earth filing including cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc complete as per standard specification.

Brick work CM 1:5 mix using good country bricks including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete.

Supply and errection of steel centering for RCC works using MS sheets and angles and strutting upto 3.00 in height including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete.

Supply and fabrication of steel for R.C.C work using R.T.S & M.S rod including cost and conveyance of all materials to site all labour charges etc complete.

Reinforced cement concrete 1 : 1 1/2:3mix using 20mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, finishing and curing etc complete.

Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three M.Sand) 10mm thick including hacking the surfaces, providing cement mortar nosing, beading for sunshades, staircases, steps, landing slabs and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Providing granolithic floor finish of the following thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two crushed stone M.Sand and Four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl, thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers)

Plastering with cement 1:4 mix, to 20mm thick including cost and conveyance of al materials to site and all labour charges etc complete.

Plastering with cement 1:5-12mm thick including cost and conveyance of al materials to site and all labour charges etc complete.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Provision for supply and fixing for cadappa slab including all labour charges etc., complited.

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with in initial lead lift in hard gravelly soil for foundation etc. complete.

Plain Cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 mix using 40mm ISS metal including all cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete.

Supply and fabrication of steel for R.C.C work using R.T.S & M.S rod including cost and conveyance of all materials to site all labour charges etc complete.

Supplying and erecting centering shuttering including necessary supports for plane surface in foundation and basement and in all floors for R C C column footing column plinth beam, beams, roof slabs, staircase steps, bed blocks, critical pier etc using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 guage stiffened, welded with mild steel angles of size 25mmx25mmx3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) scantlings of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced of about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by departmental officers including conveyance of all materials to site and proper centering etc complete. Painting two coats with approved Emulsion over one coat of Priming coat of Cement Paint over cement plastered wall surface, ceiling and other new surface including cleaning, preparing the surface, curing, scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.
