P/F of 12mm th T & G planks made of imported wood (New Zealand pine or equivalent) for roof soffit and ceiling on wood work in false ceiling, ceiling joists in Budloo wood with necessary cornice of required size complete. Job incl. cost of nails/screws all as approved by Engineer-in–charge (incl cost of material, lead, lifts and carriages etc upto site of work complete

Eves Boarding :- P/F plained eves boarding of ( 300 x 40 mm ) N/S with necessary grooves and chamfer as per detailed drawing ( ornamentals ( IST class kail wood) incl cost of nails

CGI Sheeting:- P/F pre coated galvalume profile sheets 0.50mm TCT having a crest height of 28-32 mm at 195 mm pitch and effective width of 975-1000 mm and length to suit site requirement to the purlins using self-drilling and self taooing fasteners of reputed make with purlin sheet using self drill and self tapping fasteners 7 fixing flashing, valley and ridges of colour coated galvalume plain sheet using self drilling and self tapping fasteners of reputed make complete and as directed, The contractor shall give a minimum of 10 years guarantee for sheets against deterioration, disintegrations loss of luster, variation on colour etc and leakages across laps fasteners etc . All types of steel sheets shall be load tested to satisfy 1.10 times the design wind load and coating thickness to the satisfaction of the engineer-I/C . fasteners shall be load tested. The contractor is to submit design and shop drawings for approval on the sheet profile design and fabrication details before installation ( incl. cost of all material, leads, lifts and carriages etc upto site of work complete

Ceramic glazed wall tiles:- P/F of IST quality ceramic glazed wall tiles confirming to IS: 13753 of minimum thickness 6 mm of approved make like NITCO, ORIENT, SOMANY, KAHARIA or equivalent make in all colors, shades except begundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by the engineer I/C in skirting, risers of steps and dedos over 12mm thick bed cement mortor 1:3 (1 cement: 3 course sand) and joining with gry cement slurry @ 3.3 KG per SQM incl. pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. Sample to be approved by Engineer I/C size of tile 450 x 300 mm. ( incl. cost of all material, leads, lifts and carriages etc upto site of work complete)

Ceramic Floor tiles:- P/F ceramic glazed floor tiles 300 x 300 mm ( Antiskid) thickness to be specified by the manufactures) of IST quality confirming to IS: 13753 of NITCO, ORIENT, SOMANY, KAHARIA or equivalent make in colour such as white, ivory, gry, fume red, brown laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortor 1:4 ( 1 cement: 4 course sand) incl pointing white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. ( incl. cost of all material, leads, lifts and carriages etc upto site work complete

Vitrified floor tiles:- P/Laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes ( thickness to be specified by the manufacture) with water absorption less than 0.08% and confirming to IS; 15622 of approved make in all colours and shads, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortor 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse) incl. grouting the joints with cement and matching pigments etc compete size of tiles 60 x 60cm

Granite stone slabs for floor:- P/Laying 18 mm minimum thick pre- polished ( best quality granite stone slabs ( non water absorbing) in counters, vanities etc on 20 mm thick bed of (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 12 mm thick backing of cement mortor (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and joined with white cement slurry mixed with pigment, rubbing, clamping, curing, moulding, granite polish and making grooves as required complete. Note the stone slab shall be cut to required size and laid to the required pattern incl. rounding, chamfering, bull nosing of the edges as directed. Actual area of slab, as laid shall be measured) sample to be approved by Engineer I/C ( Incl. carriage etc upto site of work

Glass Strips in flooring:- P/F glass strips in joints of terrazzo/ cement concrete floor 0.50 mm wide and 6 mm thick G.F store

Cement Concrete Flooring ( 1:2:4) providing 50 mm thick cement concrete flooring in M15 nominal mix (max size of aggregate 20 mm nominal) concrete finished with a floating coat of neat cement incl. cement slurry incl cost of all material but excl cost of cement.

Chequrred path tiles:- P/L of chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22mm thick in footpath/ ramp jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, incl. rubbing and cleaning etc complete on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortor 1:4( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

15 mm the cement plaster:- 15mm th plaster ( in cement: sand mortor of mix ) 1:6 ( 1 cement: 6 fine sand ) on the rough side of single or half brick wall incl. scaffolding charges and cost of material but excl. cost of cement

Prime coat on new wood work:- applying priming coat on new wood and wood based surface with ready mixed wood primer ( incl. cost of all material, leads, lifts and carriages etc upto site of work complete)

Painting on wood work:- Applying painting with synthetic enamel of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work ( incl. cost of all materials, leads, lifts and carriages etc upto site of work complete)

Painting on exterior walls:- finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade on new work ( two or more coats applied @ 3.28 lit/10sqm over and incl. cost of all material. Leads, lifts and carriages etc upto site of work complete

Soiling for plinth protection:- Dry stone pitching 225 mm th incl. cost of stones and preparation of surface

Making plinth protection:- Providing for making 75 mm th of cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 grounted with fine sand incl. finishing the top smooth, Incl. cost of all material bit excl cost of cement

Cement Concrete Plinth for fencing wall:- providing RCC beam with M15 Grade for providing protection to the damaged R/W on left side of the building, incl. cost of all material but excl cost of cement

Brick Masonry for fencing wall:- Providing Brick Masonary with FPS Bricks of class designation 75 in super-structure upto floor v level cement mortor 1:6 mix ( 1 cement: 6 sand mortor) complete as per the directions of consultant for the const. of fencing wall on the left side of the building in loading/ unloading Incl. carriage from source to site of work but excl cost of cement complete job

Coping for fencing wall:- L/C for providing coping to compound wall to be repaired on left side on the building 40mm thick ( 1:2:4) nominal size of Nallah/ quarry agg 12.5 mm ( incl. form work cost, curing hire and running charges of conc. Mixer, T&P), but excl. Cost of cement

Steel for compound wall:- L/C for assembling and placing reinforcing steel with 12mm and 8 mm dia bars, for RCC work upto plinth level incl. cost of binding wire

Stainless steel railing:- P/F stainless steel ( grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes channels, plates etc. Incl. welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature ( whenever required) and fitting the same with necessary accessories and stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc of required size on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangements as per approval PF Engineer I/C for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered Incl. Fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc

RCC pliers under the ramp:- L/C for cast-in situ concrete work ( any mix) nominal max size for stone agg 40/20 mm. Volumetric batching upto plinth level, incl. curing hire and running charges of conc mixer, vibrator, T&P but excl. cost of form work and cement but incl. cost of Bajri and Sand
