Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.50 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm of soft / loose soil all as specified & directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point all as speicified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 typr D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling and mass concrete complete all as specified

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 typr B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling and mass concrete complete all as specified

Demolition of brick work built in cement morter incl all quoins arches pillars etc.

M&L for brick work with sub class B bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

All as per srl item No 7 here-in-before but except brick.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on faces of bricks work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth using extra cement mixed with WPC @3% of cement weight or as per manufacturer's instruction (WPC shall be measured and paid separartely) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for

S&F MS framed work such as grills . Gratings, manholes covers etc with ends of bars shouldered or reverted , frame work of water tanks and similar work conf to fe 290. Gde - E - 165complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 typr B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel as in benching/drains etc complete all as specified

M&L cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded aggregate as in coping, benching rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

S & F MS flat iron of size 40 X 6mm as in fixing of chain link fencing, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded in concrete, brick work, masonary, etc., portion and making good disturbed ground. (Note:- Post shall be measured and paid separately)

S&F MS work as in post fencing 'Y' shape over top of wall including cutting top to shapes as directed, drilling holes notching of wires etc conforming to Fe410-0 or FE 310-0 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates complete.

Supply & Fix in repair PVC coated MS galvanised chain link fencing of 3.00 mm thick mesh size 75 X 75 mm including thickness of PVC coating approved quality any size, colour all as specified including dismantling of existing fencing any type all as specified.

S&F in repair Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in repair Punched tape Concentina coil (PTTC) 610 mm dia of coil laid over 'Y' shpale MS sec angle iron post incl necessary binding/welding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L painting two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces exc 10mm girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L painting one coats of synthetic enamel paints over on old pained steel surfaces exc 10mm girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unrienforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

M&L PCC in foundations, filling and mass-concrete type C2 (1:3:6) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate

M & L Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation

M & L 60 mm thick Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver blockwith grey cement and pigment, any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of M-35 Grade complete all as specified.

M&L for Ultra design tiles with PU coating of size 300x300x22mm thick made in rubber moulding with white cement, as in floors jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry all as specified.

M&L 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) for fixing tiles.

M & L Providing precast cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded aggregate) in louvres and jallies, 40 mm thick (measured solid), including all mould-ings but excluding frame (Pre cast frame shall be measured separately) and set in Cement Mortar (1:4) complete all as specified.

Preparation of new plastered surface of external wall and making the surface smooth with sand paper and priming the surface wih alkali resistance priming paint for external surface our primed surface applying two coat of cement base paint including curing complete all as specified.

M/L 18- 20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) as in pillars, steps and like in CM 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over 15 mm thick plaster, all as specified.

Supply only chain link MS galavnised any size and type complete all as specified and directed

Fixing only chain link fencing incl line wires any mesh size & type to any type of standards rails straining bolts etc. incl provision of bindig wire.

S&F screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or squre heads at one end and screwed the other each screw to be fitted with one washers and one hexagonal or square nut length of bolts not exc 5cm and dia of shank 10 mm.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type as per site all as directed.
