Supply of 70 W (Maximum) & 8400 (Minimum) energy efficient LED Floodlight luminaire with IP-65 protected single piece pressure die cast aluminium alloy housing with heat resistant glass including all accessaries like LED electronic driver with power factor correction facility suitable to operate on 230 V, 50 Hz, single phase AC supply complete etc as per enclosed technical specification.
Supply of 30 Watt (Maximum) & 3600 (Minimum) & energy efficient LED street light /Roadway light fixture IP-65 protected single piece pressure die cast aluminium alloy housing with heat resistant glass including all accessaries like LED electronic driver with power factor correction facility suitable to operate on 230 V, 50 Hz, single phase AC supply complete etc as per enclosed technical specification.
Supply of following size, ISI marked Double Walled Corrugated high density polyethylene pipe (DWC-HDPE) having corrugation on the outer wall confirming to IS 14930 Part-II complete with necessary fittings for jointing for protection of under ground cable complete etc as required.
a) 50 mm Dia (outer dia)
b) 120 mm Dia (outer dia)
Laying of one number of following size of Double Walled Corrugated high density polyethylene pipe (DWC-HDPE) for protection of 5.0KV grade under ground cable directly in ground at a depth of 80 cm and width of 35 cm including excavation and refilling the trench and joining of pipes etc as required.
a) 50 mm Dia (outer dia)
b) 120 mm Dia (outer dia)
Laying of one number additional of 50 mm Dia (outer dia) of Double Walled Corrugated high density polyethylene pipe (DWC-HDPE) for protection of 5.0KV grade under ground cable directly in ground in the existing trench in one tier horizontal formation with standard suitable spacers at a depth of 80 cm.
Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.
a) Upto 35 sq. mm
b)Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm
External Lighting Feeder pillars Design, Manufacturing, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of feeder pillar/ panel board, cubicle type, made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet, totally enclosed, double door IP 65, free standing, floor mounting, dust and vermin proof, outdoor, suitable for operation on 3 phase and neutral, 415 V, 50Hz AC system, The gasket material shall be Polyurethane; while the gasket shall be internally embedded. Panel shall be openable with locking arrangement,bottom 3mm thick detachable gland plate, Panel shall be IP-65 or higher rated and enclosure shall be type tested as per IEC -60439 etc. The feeder pillars shall be complete with 3 phase and neutral bus bars of capacities as described below and moulded case circuit breakers (MCCBs) with adjustable overload relay, copper FRLS control wiring with 1.5 sq.mm, duly painted complete with earth bus, aluminium bus bar, numbering & sign writing, interconnection etc. & CPRI test reports for short circuit for 50KA, dielectric strength mechanical protection and temperature rise.

LT Panel: Design, Manufacturing, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of LT Panel, cubicle type, made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet, totally enclosed, IP 42, free standing, floor mounting, dust and vermin proof, indoor, compartmentalised, suitable for operation on 3 phase and neutral, 415 V, 50Hz AC system with busbars extensible on both sides, making interlocking arrangement between incomers, top/ bottom 3mm thick detachable gland plate as per site requirement, type tested assembly as per IEC:61439 1&2, wiring with space heater, thermostat and control MCB's shall be provided for all vertical sections of main LT panel, internal wiring with suitable size wires/cable, interconnection, duly powder coated painting etc. including supply & installation of following switchgears,metering instruments and accessories in the LT Panel and as per specifications.
Incomers: i) 630 Amp. 4 Pole MCCB, 50ka - 02 nos ii) LED indication lamps for RYB, breaker 'ON/ OFF/ TRIP', spring charged, DC control supply healthy etc. with 2Amp control MCBs iii) Digital Multifunction Meter, accuracy class 0.5s, with LED/LCD screen of Max Demand Load, I ;V; Hz; Active, Reactive , Apparent Power & Energy; Power factor; % unbalance of current & voltage; , %THD , individual harmonics up to 15th level (complying with IEC61557-12) with RS 485 / Ethernet port with 3 Nos. cast resin current transformers of dual core CT's of suitable Amp. ratio, 15 VA metering. ,protection MCBs as required accessories to complete the system. iv) Microprocessor release/s based relay/s (EMI & EMC certified) for over current, earth fault & short circuit protection, Under voltage relay with definite time , along with dual core CT of current transformers of 1250/5A ratio, 15 VA class-5P10 protection - 1 set. v) Terminals to receive 630 A Al. Bus duct suitable & complete required as per site vi) Panels shall be housed with Mov based class-2/type-2 SPD with in built fuse for each incomer at each Bus Section of In 10kA & Irms 20kA 5/20mS as per IS/IEC 62305-3 LPL-I.
Bus Bar : 1 Sections of Electrolytic high conductivity Aluminium extensible three phase and neutral busbars rated at 800 amps , & auxiliary Bus Bars of suitable capacity insulated with heat shrinkable coloured PVC sleeves & suitable to with stand symmetrical fault level of 50 kA at 433 volts, i/c DMC/SMC bus bars supports at required intervals complete for cross section, size supports & their spacing etc. Bus couplers 630 Amp 4 pole MCCB, 50ka - 1 No. Interlocking: Mechnical Interlocking through in MCCB (Incomers & Bus couplers) should be provided to ensure that only one supply is available at a time and to eliminate any possibility of accidentally approaching two supplies at one bus section as per single line diagram enclosed.

Supply of 5 core 4 Sqmm flexible EPR insulated PCP Sheathed copper conductor cable suitable for 30Mtr High Mast Light Operation.
Supply of 6mm SS Wire Rope suitable for 30Mtr High Mast Light Operation.
Replacement of SS Rope and Power cable as per OEM standards of 30Mtr Height Mast including providing necessary clamps, connectors, hiring suitable crane, ensure the safety standards and providing cable connectors, etc., as per EIC instructions.
Providing and laying of 110mm outer dia HDPE pipe by Horizontal Directional Drilling including jointing/welding of HDPE pipes across the runway/taxiway and Roads by trencheless directional drilling (HDD) method by deploying HDD machines, mud mixing system, Earth movers etc. complete as required.
