Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or concrete surfaces, etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area (as per direction of AGE/JE) at any distance upto 500 metres from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling of brick work masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and Labour Brick work with sub class ‘B’ burnt clay old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

All as per serial item No. 3.00 here-in-before but except bricks .(old serviceable bricks shall be obtained from serial item no. 2.00 here-in-before of BoQ and reused after proper cleaning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge . Note : The rate of cleaning of retrieved bricks is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Material and labour for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ burnt clay old size bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick walls built in Cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls and finishing the surface even & fair faces without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls and finishing the surface even & fair faces without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour for preparation on new surfaces and applying 02 coats of Exterior Acrylic Emulsion Paint (light shade) with highlighter of any approved shade @ 5.00 Sqm / per litre for two coats by using roller to external walls / RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas / roof projections /cantilevers/ balcony etc surfaces over & including a coat of Exterior Acrylic Emulsion Primer @ 11.00 Sqm / per litre for one coat over with and including Acrylic wall care putty on external surfaces of walls / ceiling / soffits ( thickness vary from 1.5 to 2.5mm as required for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers) by using ready made acyrlic wall care putty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready for receiving painting etc as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of Exterior Acrylic Emulsion Paint and Exterior Acrylic emulsion primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. Make of Acrylic wall care Putty, Exterior Acrylic emulsion paint and Exterior Acrylic Emulsion Primer : AS described in LIST OF MAKES/MANUFACTURERS under Appendix 'B' here-in-after. Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters of PVC door , wooden door shutter, wooden window shutter , Mild steel window and Mild steel ventilators (without taking off shutters from the frames) area not exceeding 1.50 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply and Fixing 30mm thick Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative & moulded type flush door shutter with frame / Chowkhat of size 45mm x 85mm (shutter size 2.00mtr x 0.70mtr with door frame length 4.80 mtr approx) comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood powder / rice husk / wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with mitre joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg / cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N / Sqmm, modules of elasticity 900 N /Sqmm and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water / moisture proof and fire retardant WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and including fixing with stainless steel fancy type fittings ( of size 3 x hinges 100mm long, 2 x door handle 200mm long, 1 x tower bolt 200 mm long and x brass mortise lock 4 levers size 100 mm vertical type with handle, 1 x door stopper 150mm long) as approved by GE with necessary fixing arrangement of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, including taking down of old chowkats or frame with shutter (without taking out shutter from the frame and iron/aluminium mongery) complete as specified by the manufacturer and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note: if the area of shutter size less than (2.00mtr x 0.70mtr )= 1.40 Sqm , the recovery shall be made proporationaly on the quoted amount in Each Job. if the area is more than 1.40 Sqm no plus price adjustment shall be made and contractor shall not claimed extra on this account.

All as per item No 13.00 here-in-before but shutter size 2.00 mtr x 0.90mtr with door frame length 5.0 mtr approx) complete as specified by the manufacturer and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note: if the area of shutter size less than (2.00mtr x 0.90mtr )= 1.80 Sqm , the recovery shall be made proporationaly on the quoted amount in Each Job. if the area is more than 1.80 Sqm no plus price adjustment shall be made and contractor shall not claimed extra on this account.

Supply and Fixing Mild steel Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails,braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe 290 (Gde - E-165) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and Fixing in replacement Stainless steel wire cloth. 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour for Providing and fixing aluminium work with Polyester powder coated aluminium ( minimum thickness of polyester powder coating 50 micron for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS :1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size,including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions i.e at top , bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth , rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including aluminium cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling , C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge . Note :- (i) Weight of aluminium sections , aluminium cleat angles , aluminium butt hinges, aluminium handles , aluminium tower bolts , aluminium peg stays & aluminium snap beading shall be physically ascertained through a board of officers convened by GE and payment shall be made only after ascertaining the actual weight of aluminium at site. (ii) The rate of material and labour for providing the EPDM rubber, neoprene gasket , C.P. brass / stainless steel screws are included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (iii) During considering the weight of aluminium sections , aluminium cleat angles , aluminium butt hinges, aluminium handles , aluminium tower bolts , aluminium peg stays & aluminium snap beading , the weight of EPDM rubber, neoprene gasket , C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws shall not be considered for measurment and payments. Only the weight of the aluminium sections , aluminium cleat angles, aluminium butt hinges, aluminium handles , aluminium tower bolts , aluminium peg stays & aluminium snap beading shall be considered and measurment and payment shall be made accordingly. (iv) During the weight of aluminium sections , aluminium cleat angles , aluminium butt hinges, aluminium handles , aluminium tower bolts , aluminium peg stays & aluminium snap beading ,the weight of polyester powder coating 50 micron shall not be considered for weight but the rate of material and labour for providing polyester powder coating 50 micron is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (v) Glazing /Paneling and wire mesh shall be measured and paid separately. (v)The board shall be duly countersigned by GE shall enclosed with Final Bill .

Supply & fixing in replacement Door closer hydraulically regulated,aluminium (die cast) body designation No. 3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 kg and fixed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material & Labour for 12mm thick toughened glass as in hinged doors, partitions automatic doors and similar work including cutting to shape, drilling holes, rounding off edges of glass for partition etc., including with handles, fixing and opening/locking arrangement etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and Labour for vitrified (double charged / ultra charged) ceramic tiles, area of each tile exceeding 0.36 Sqm but not exceeding 1.44 Sqm, more than 8 mm thick (square), polished, shade and colour as approved by GE, in floors / wall / dado etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3kg/ Sqm and pointed with epoxy grout matching with the colour of tiles, laid over and including 15 mm thick rendering/ Screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6) in white cement with pigments including using with spacer as per manufacturer's instructions including dismantling of stone / tiles / terrazzo finish of any description etc. and disposing the same as designated location upto distance of 2 to 2.5 Km within MoD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and Labour for Glazed ceramic digital coloured tiles of size 300mmx 600mm x 7-8mm thick, as in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 Kg/ Per Sqm and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement, tiles laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) or adhesive as directed including using with spacer as per manufacturer's instructions, including using with spacer as per manufacturer's instructions including dismantling of stone / tiles / terrazzo finish of any description etc. and disposing the same as designated location upto distance of 2 to 2.5 Km within MoD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and Labour for non skid ceramic coloured tiles (suitable for wet areas) of size 7 to 8 mm thick square or rectangular, area of each tile not exceeding 1.44 sqm, in floors etc. laid with approved high polymer modified , grey cement-based tile adhesive suitable for fixing medium format tile/ stone in walls/floor to match the shape as approved by GE/Engr-in-charge over and including 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4) iincluding using with spacer as per manufacturer's instructions including dismantling of stone / tiles / terrazzo finish of any description etc. and disposing the same as designated location upto distance of 2 to 2.5 Km within MoD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and Labour for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brick work or concrete surfaces , finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement with Liquid water proof compound complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) Liquid Water Proof Compound shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under appropriate item of Schedule'A' BoQ. (ii) The labour element of mixing of Liquid Water Proof Compound is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Material and Labour for vitrified tiles 8 mm thick area of each tile not exceeding 0.04 Sqm, pointed with epoxy grout matching with the colour of tiles, (grouting with Three Component, High Performance Epoxy Tile Grout, exceeds EN 13888 requirements), tested in accordance with AATCC 30 PART 3, in any position in swimming pool internal / external angles for wall, floor and corners to meet the World Aquatics / FINA criteria, as per approved shade by GE, laid with approved High polymer modified, grey cement-based tile adhesive suitable for fixing medium format tile/stone in walls/floor conforms to IS 15477: 2019 Type 2T "Adhesives for use with Ceramic, Mosaic and Stone Tiles” Conforms to EN 12004: 2017 and is a normal cementitious adhesive (C1) with slip resistance (T) of class C1T including using with spacer as per manufacturer's instructions including dismantling of stone / tiles / terrazzo finish of any description etc. and disposing the same as designated location upto distance of 2 to 2.5 Km within MoD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and Labour for first quality, scratch free, Max grip anti-slip vitrified tiles with safety marking area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 Sqm,10 mm thick for external use in floors / walls, as per approved shade/design by GE with and including 15 mm thick screed / Rendering in Cement Mortar 1:6 , laid with approved high polymer modified , grey cement-based tile adhesive suitable for fixing medium format tile/ stone in walls/floor mixed with pigment to match the shade of sub laid with manufacturer's instruction and authorised applicator including using with spacer as per manufacturer's instructions including dismantling of stone / tiles / terrazzo finish of any description etc. and disposing the same as designated location upto distance of 2 to 2.5 Km within MoD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and Labour for 18-20mm thick Granite (of any type) drilling machine cut, in skirting/ dado , laid over with and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 , set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 Kg/ Per Sqm and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing, incl dismantling of old stone slab of any description, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply and Fixing in replacement vitreous china wash down water closet pan wall hanging single piece (with flushing cistern EWC) 'P' trap, with and including white coloured closed pattern plastic seat cover, hand faucet and including mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device as approved by GE, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and Labour in replacement Vitreous China Urinal, Full stall type( Height - 535mm to 650mm, Width--340mm-390mm ,Depth-325mm to 360mm), white, including connections to flushing pipe and outgoing pipes , including providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2, securing urinal to plugs with and including 60mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement; , flush pipe, grating, PVC bottle trap, as approved by GE including CP urinal spreader and CP connection etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and Labour in replacement oval type vitreous china wash basin, white ( Length- 550mm to 600mm, width-400mm -450mm, height- 175mm -200mm) ,Bowl depth-120mm- 150mm with and including 32mm chromium plated waste coupling, PVC bottle trap, 15mm bore brass CP mixer for mixing hot & cold water screwed down for iron pipe & fixing in granite slab complete all as specified and approved by GE / directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Granite slab shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing in replacement PVC connections 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Taking down or up steel tubing 20mm bore and connections and Supply and Fixing 25mm bore CPVC pipes SDR 11, including with fittings (such as elbow, Tee, socket etc) and fixed to walls & ceiling or laid in floors, and making good as per existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement 15mm bore Stop valves,fancy type, chromium plated with long shank and cup (concealed type) cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe /CPVC Pipe or for unions and fixed for iron pipe /CPVC Pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for for preparing new plastered surfaces of ceilings and applying three coats of white wash by making the lime slaked at site and shall be mixed and stirred with about five liters of water for 1 kg of unslaked lime to make a thin cream. This shall be allowed to stand for a period of 24 hours and shall then be screened through clean coarse cloth. 1 kg of gum dissolved in hot water shall be added to every one cubic meter of lime cream. About 1.3 Kg of sodium chloride dissolved in hot water shall also be added for every 10 kg of lime for making the coating hard and rub-resistant. Small quantity of ultramarine blue (upto 3 gm per kg of lime) shall also be added to the last two coats of white wash solution and the whole solution shall be stirred thoroughly before use complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Material and labour for Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter on rough finished curved surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Material and labour for Formwork to chullah hoods, chajjas, troughs and similar items including edges on rough finished curved surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions on rough finished surface of concrete of circular on plan complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) even and rough cast on straight / curved concrete surfaces , finished even and rough cast without using extra cement mixed with Liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) Liquid Water Proof Compound shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under appropriate item of Schedule'A' BoQ. (ii) The labour element of mixing of Liquid Water Proof Compound is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Material and Labour for two coats of epoxy paint as approved by GE on newly plastered surface including rubbing and cleaning, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ
