Demolition of brickwork or stone work built in cement mortar including all quoins arches , pillers etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks ( old size) straight or curved in plan exc 6 m mean radius , built in CM 1:6 Complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing rubbish off the MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded aggregate in sub base of floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for light shade Vitrified Ceramic tiles high glossy finished 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, size of each tiles 600mmX600mm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

Ditto as per above item No 76but in skirting over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid edge cut coloured ceramic tiles 7mm to 8 m ( square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20-25mm thick machine cut Kota stone slab of size 550mmx550mm in flooring laid and jointed with grey) cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing to give high gloss (mirror) finish complete over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking of old water proofing membrane and cleaning the existing surfaces and removal of debris , loose particles , grass etc and existing water proofing roof treatment completely , existing plaster and repairing the cleaned surfaces through repair mortar and providing chemical injection grouting and angle filets ( if required ) and treatment of pipe entry with hybird PU sealant dual shrinkage compensated micro conrete. Applying priming coat of epoxy primer with resin hardner in 1:1 ratio with water dilution as per manufacturer instructions applying 2 coats of solvent based polyrethane liquid membrane not less than 500 micron thick UV having SRI value greater than eual to 105 with consumption of 0.61 kg/sm ( each coat), 2nd coat shuld be applied once 1st coat becomes dry completely including 10 mm thick cement plaster in cm 1:4 with and including liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag of cement complete all as specified and directed

Supply & fix 15 mm bore, tubes medium grade, galvanized with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floors including Taking up or down GI steel tubing, etc complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repair 15mm bore pillar tap, long shank, swan neck, fancy type, cast copper alloy, with capstan heads, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure with or without lettered ‘Hot’ or ‘Cold’ with long screwed shanks and fly nuts complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repair 15 mm bore bib tap chromium plated, cast copper alloy, with crutch or butterfly handle, flange, screwed down for iron pipe or for brass ferrule, complete all as specified and directed.
