M&L for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below the normal ground level connected with GI strip 32 x 6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of galvanized iron steel including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m, with and including PCC chamber in PCC (1:2:4), type B1,using (20mm graded stone aggregate), "mild steel angle iron frame" made out of MS angle iron of size 40x 40 x 6 mm thick duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer hinged with and including 6mm thick CI cover with handle, watering arrangement with funnel internally secured with wire mesh with 20mm dia medium grade pipe for watering 40mm dia light grade, GI pipe for lead protection in & including alternate layers of charcoal dust and common salt complete all as shown in electrical "plate No '3' and connected to earthing test point all as specified and indicated including testing on completion including retrieving old GI earth plate, CI cover, GI pipes, angle iron frame from existing earthing as directed.

Excavation of existing cable of size 25 Sq mm to 240 Sq mm removing from its loop of length 3m to 5m, cleaning, cutting of old termination and reconnecting the same along with suitable new aluminium lugs and refilling of cable trench with existing sand and bricks complete all as directed. Note: The rate quoted shall include for necessary earth work

Supply and fixing new ceiling fans complete with blades, down rods, electronic regulator and accessories, 230 V, 1200 mm sweep. Min air delivery 210 CFM with service value 6.00 BEE. Five star rated with brushless direct current motor (BLDC) and assembling at site including electric connection from ceiling rose to connector with flexible copper wire three core of size 23/0.0076 and testing completed all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing new electric water heater, storage type steel body with copper inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection piece etc and complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and complete installation of Aviation Obstruction light, flash/steady, highlight LED construction light suitable for towers / high rise bldg, red in colour, IP67, with junction box, 3/4" gland entry, aluminium LM6 casting, borosillicate glass complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring complete for one socket outlet 15 amps on an independent board with FRLS, PVC insulated and sheathed cable 4 Sqmm (nominal area) multi standed copper conductor single core conforming to IS : 694 including PVC conduit pressed steel terminal boxes not less than 2 mm thick for required size (factory made) including painting terminal boxes inside and out side with two coast of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and with top cover 3mm thick of plastic laminated sheets of required colour, complete with all accessories and all as specified including FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 4 sqmm (nominal area) multi stranded copper conductor single core conforming to IS: 694 of green colour as earth wire to common earth and connnected to earth dolly drawn in casing capping/conduit complete and controlled by one 15 Amp switch complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix switch socket combination outlet 3/5 pin 5/16 Amps flush type multipurpose, make ISI marked, all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub main wiring with two runs of single core PVC FRLS insulated cable with copper conductor multistranded 1100 volts grade 4.0 sqmm through and including with suitable size of PVC conduit and its accessories, concealed on wall surface in ceiling along with fixing arrangement etc including one runs of 4.00 sqmm PVC insulated multistranded copper earth contuinuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly NOTE :2 run of 4sqmm cable and 1 run of 4 sqmm cabe including PVC conduit together will be measured as one unit length.

Vertical round / rectangular / square sections, Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shapes or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 240 volts 10 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Cutting opening in cement concrete walls (any description) for window and other openings (with or without reveals) or enlarging existing openings, including trimming surfaces to receive rendering, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm PVC (FRLS) insulated sheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade single core conforming to IS-694-1990 and including one run of continous earth wire to common earth and connected to earth with 1.5 Sqmm PVC (FRLS) insulated sheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable draw in PVC conduit including CI/MS/PVC sunk boxes for mounting switches, sockets, regulators etc with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover of adequate size for one exhaust fan point controlled by one switch and making good disturbed surfaces with CM (1:4) to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
