Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 mtr depth in soft loose soil for laying / taking up/ taking down of cables and getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge. Note :- If during the Excavation of HT Cables existing under ground LT/HT Cables ,Gas Pipe Lines, Water Pipe Lines are damaged by the Contractor or his Rep/Labour, the same shall be repaired by the contractor at his own cost and nothing extra will be admissible on this account.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each layer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material (i.e. soil) from site to a distance n. exc. 50 mtrs away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for river washed and screened, dry sand for filling in trenches below and around underground cables for cushioning of cables etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Punned thickness shall measured and punning shall be done by hand; Mechanical punner shall not be allowed.

Supply & laying non-reinforced precast concrete cable cover of grade not lower than M-20 conforming to IS-5820:1970 class HVP type 1 with peak size 300 mm x 180mm x 40mm in trenches for protection to under ground cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying only old bricks/PCC covers as obtained from Ser item No 01 here-in-before complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Supplying, laying, jointing testing and connecting XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminium conductors, 11 KV grade, IS 7098 marked, suitable for HT 11 KV(E) system, laid in trenches/ ducts/encased in GI pipe/fixed to pole, including jointing & testing complete all as specified in IS 1255-1983 including taking out old HT cables complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge for the following cables:- Note :- Excavation, earth work ,cable protection , sand fillings, cable joint shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of schedule.

Note : Rate for PCC 1:3:6 for foundation (min size 0.8mx0.3mx0.3m) of aggregate size 20mm including necessary excavation & earthwork for cable route indicator deemed to be included in the item.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of factory made and tested HT Panel board, size: 1200 mm x 1200 mm x 900 mm ,cubical compartmentalized , out door type double door, suitable for 11000 Volts, 3 phase, 50 HZ AC supply system having bus bar chamber with insulated aluminium bus bars of size ,50 mm x 10 mm, 3 Nos installed on SMC insulators suitable for 11000 Volts .The panel shall be dust and vermin proof. IP-65 class protection and shall be made of 3.15 mm CRCA sheet, and 50x 50 x 6mm thick MS angle iron frame work, powder coated front and rear opening type, with apron for cable entry closing locking . The fixing of double doors shall be on MS hinges with anti-theft provision (the door can’t be removed from enclosure without cutting enclosure). including excavation, earth work and platform for the panel with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40 mm graded crushed stone, 15 cm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class 'B', old size bricks, rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100 mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc. for panel. The platform shall be such that it is of a height 45 cm above the nearest road level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm 3 core

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized lead wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I, connected to earth test point and the equipment on the other nuts and washers of galvanised ironsides complete all as specified, including testing and commissioning complete all as directed. Note : (a) The unit rates quoted against this item shall be deemed to include the cost of excavation and earth work in any type of soil, common salt & charcoal dust in alternate layers, PCC 1:3:6 as in pit, precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 with necessary reinforcement as in cover & frame for pit, funnel, watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe light grade, protection pipe 40 mm bore GI pipe medium grade etc. (b) The quoted rates shall also deemed to include the cost of earth test point and earth strip/GI lead wire and protection pipe upto 7.5 meter beyond the earth plates electrode.

Supply and fixing Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete as specified and directed .

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finished fair and even without using extra cement complete as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) for foundation, filling and mass concrete etc. complete all as specified and directed .

S&F equal Angle iron, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape including preparation of steel surfaces and applying of one coat of primer and two coat synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
