40 mm thick fine dressed stone flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand), including pointing with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment to match the shade of stone. (A) White sand stone

(B) Red sand stone

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in pavements, laid to required slope and camber in panels as required including consolidation finishing and tamping complete.

Constructing masonry Chamber 30x30x50 cm inside, in brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) for stop cock, with C. I. surface box 100x100 x75 mm (inside) with hinged cover fixed in reinforced cement concrete slab 1:1.5:3 mix (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), i/c necessary excavation, foundation concrete 1:5:10 ( 1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size ) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) 12mm thick, finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design :With common burnt clay F.P.S.(non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5

Providing and applying waterproofing treatment to sound, moisture free concrete surface using liquid applied single component pitch free polyurethane coating capable of bridging substrate cracks up to 2mm. It shall be applied in two coats at coverage rate of 2kg/sqm to a achieve a minimum DFT of 1.3 mm. the membrane formed shall confirm to following minimum properties : 1. Elongation : 400% as per ASTM D 412 2. Tensile Strength : 2.5N/mm 2 as per ASTM D 412 3. Adhesion in –peel test : 50 N as per ASTM C-836 4. Recovery from 350% elongation : 95% as per ASTM D 412 5. Water Vapor Transmission 2.3mm film : 0.6 g/m2/hr 6. Initial Hardness Shore A : min 60 as per ASTM D 2240 7. Root resistant : Protection screed required System included supply, application and termination of coating all complete as per the manufacturer methodology. Clean the RCC slab/screed surface & wall for treatment by removing dust, dirt and layers of concrete over the surface etc. by mechanical tools and wire brushing. Pressure grouting at construction joints or honeycombs with non shrink cementations grout by mixing shrinkage compensating admixture per bag of cement as per manufactures’ recommendations. Providing and apply in liquid applied single component pitch free polyurethane coating in 2 coats at coverage rate of 2kg/sqm to a achieve a minimum DFT of 1.3 mm. (Fiber cloth…./reinforcement should not be used in between two coats of PU as it has adverse effect on elongation property and also affects bonding with slab). Termination shall be done 300 mm above vertical wall by providing groove cut of 30mm x 30mm & seal it with shrinkage compensated polymer modified mortar. Membrane shall be protected using 8mm thick dimple board for protection as per manufacture’s recommendation followed by backfilling. The rates are inclusive of surface preparation, crack filling, injection grouting at honeycombed areas, coving, priming all complete as per manufacturer methodology excluding the cost of protection board.

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid 6 kg PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes.

Disposal of building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical means, including loading ,transporting and unloading the same at any C&D waste management site within 25 kms lead i.e. Shastri park/ Burari/ Mundka including weighing at plant etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. Weighing and unloading at plant shall be as per procedures/rules of the plant management. The rates are inclusive of all operations, labours, lead and lifts from site of work to the C&D waste plant. The processing fee of C&D management at prescribed rates will be deposited by the agency and the same shall be reimbursed by department on production of only original cash receipts.
