Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M & L precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab of manholes, septic tank etc, set in cement mortar (1:4) including necessary form, moulds etc and including taking out/removal of existing unserviceable cover slab from manholes /septic tank complete all as directed by Engr- in- Charge .(Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L mild steel bar 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required,including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or sec

M&L TMT steel bars 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required inluding cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) wire not less than 0.90 mm dia as in reinforcement complete as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc,

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for taking out and laying of sewage line or for manloles, etc n. exc 10 Sqm on plan and n. exc 1.5 m in depth and gitting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, inluding spreeding, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm thick in soft /loose soil complete all as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cm mortar of 150mm dia

Dismantling of cast iron or reinforced concrete/PVC drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar and taking out trenches if, required 100mm dia

M & L salt glazed stone ware drain pipes 150 mm bore, grade 'A' laid in trenches, jointed and tested complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 19 here-in-before but 100mm bore pipe.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete for 150 mm bore SGSW drain pipe as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 75mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches

S & F in repair 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) Soil, waste and vent pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints laid in floors or trenches etc complete as required and as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 23 above but fixed to walls.

Opening the cover and cleaning of septic tanks properly by dewatering foul water and taking out night soil, excreta, sludge, etc from septic tank of any capacity and removing and carrying the same to a distance exc 100 m and n. exc 200 m, burried underground (minimum 30 cm below ground level) including necessary excavation and earthwork in soft/loose soil for pits, returning, filling in including sprinkling bleaching powder @ not less than 0.75 Kg/Sqm and dressing of surplus soil around to slope as required including refixing the cover in position complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of blocked EWC by using rubber hand pump and opening the eye and making the line clear for smooth function all as directed.

Cleaning of blocked IWC by using rubber hand pump and opening the eye and making the line clear for smooth function all as directed.

Cleaning of blocked nahani trap in bathroom/kitchen or gully trap by using rubber hand pump and opening the eye and making the line clear for smooth function all as directed.

Cleaning of blocked drain pipes (SGSW/hume pipe ) up to 150 mm bore by rodding from manholes and well flushing with water after cleaning the same all as directed and inluding disposing off the deposited sludge, etc inside pipes to a distance n.exc 200 m, burried under ground (minimum 30 cm below ground level) including necessary excavation of pits in soft/loose soil and returning, filling in including sprinkling of bleaching powder at the rate of 0.20 kg/sqm and dressing of surplus soil around slope all complete as required and directed.

All as per Item No 36 here-in-before but exc 150mm and n.exc 250mm bore pipes.

Cleaning of manholes including taking out accumulated semi liquid, sludge and other deposits such as broken bricks , silt, etc from manholes of depth n.exc 1.5 m, cleaning as directed and removing the same to a distance n. exc 50 m and burried under ground (minimum 30 cm below ground level) including necessary excavation of pits in soft loose soil and returnig, filling in including sprinking of bleaching powder at the rate of 0.30 kg/sqm and dressing of surplus soil around to slope, all complete as required and directed.

Cleaning of open shaft of Md & OTM accn building including gully traps, cleaning with wire brush including cleaning of grass, roots, bushes etc. and taking out accumulated garbage etc. from shaft and removing the same to a distance n.exc. 50 m all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts in normal ground (wood,steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground.

All as per item No 42 above but in natural ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantiling expanded metal, any thickness or mesh, fixed with RCC post, if any n,exc 4 kgs/ Sqm

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type (Barbed wire fence) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L mild steel small articles such as flat iron strips to supports for fencing struts with fencing post including bolts, nibs etc all as directed and as specified.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or type as directed by Engr in charge

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type of standard, rail straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire as directed by Engr in charge

M&L for preparation of steel surfaces over 10cm width or grith and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Restraining and resecuring including making good staples etc galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm mdia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing

Returning filling, in with excavated soil, including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc25cm thick in each layer as in Hard/dense complete all as specified and directed.
