REPAIRS TO EICHER 10.70/10.75 M&L for taking out carefully Diesel Engine from Eicher10.70/10.75, Opening/ dismantlling Head Assembly Complete of Diesel Engine, Piston, Piston Rings, Connecting Rod and Crank Shaft, etc. complete in all respect and carry out the Machine Work, Re-metaling, Grinding, Polishing of Crank Shaft and Lapping, Housing, Reaming and Making Valve Seat of Head and Other Component of Head Assembly Standard size of worn out Spares as required, replacement of Parts and Re-assembling after fitting of Parts, fitting of Diesel Engine after found Serviceable into the Vehicle, applying Two Coats of Aluminium Paint after making Surface Smooth and applying One Coat of Primer on Exhaust Pipe from Exhaust Valves to Silencer Assembly and Testing after Completion (after Running of Engine minimum 8-10 Hours on Static Run) On Full Load, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Spares/Parts required for overhauling of Diesel Engine shall be measured and paid under relevant item here-in-after.

M&L for denting Work where needed on Complete Vehicle EICHER 10.70/ 10.75, Removing Old Paint by scraping, cleaning with Caustic Soda and making surfaces Even and Smooth by applying Putty, Rubbing, Cutting, Polishing all as required and applying One Coat of Primer and Two Coat of NC Paint by Spray Painting in separate Booth (Workshop) as per existing Paint/Shape by preventing Non Painting Parts (as ordered by Engineer-in-Charge) including application Two Coats of Anti Corrosive Black Paint to Flooring Both Sides of Wheel Mud Guard Under Courage, Writing Vehicle BA No., Firm Name, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Colour of Paint & Writing Vehicle BA No. & Firm Name will be decided by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Opening/Dismantling carefully Fuel Injection Pump from EICHER 10.70/10.75, complete Servicing/Repair/Replacement of following unserviceable Parts (as approved/ as per existing Size and Make), Grinding of Nozzles Complete and Re-fixing the Same, Testing on completion, complete all as specified and as directed :- (a) Bearing - 04 No. (b) Bearing Bush - 04 No. (c) Delivery Valve - 04 No. (d) Fuel Pipe Line - 04 No. (e) Niddle Valve - 04 No. (e) Plunger - 04 No.

M&L for Opening Dynamo from EICHER 10.70/10.75 for Servicing /Overhauling (at Contractor’s Workshop) including replacement of Carbon Bushes, Armature Winding and Bush Bearing, re-assembling and fixing to Vehicle including Testing, complete all as specified and as directed. MAKE : MICO/LUCAS or as approved by GE.

M&L for Opening Self Starter from EICHER 10.70/10.75 for Servicing/ Overhauling at Contractor’s Workshop including replacement of worn out Pinoin, Varnish of Coil, Replacement of Solenoid Switch, Carbon Bush, Armature Winding and re-assembling with Engine, complete all as specified and as directed. MAKE : MICO/LUCAS or equivalent as recommended by Manufacturers.

M&L for Taking out/down the existing Clutch System from EICHER 10.70/ 10.75, and replacement of Clutch Plate (MAKE : CEEKAY/REPCO), Pressure Plate (MAKE : CEEKAY/REPCO), Withdral Bearing (MAKE : SKF/ CEEKAY) or as approved by GE/ Engineer-in-Charge and fixing to Vehicle, Testing on Complition for Smooth Working, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L to taking out Front/Rear Wheels Complete from EICHER 10.70/10.75, Cleaning, Polishing & Overhauling of Brake System (2x4 No. of Wheels) by providing New Wheel Cylinder Kit, Brake Shoe, Brake Liner, Brake Pipes Complete (MAKE : TVS/ RANE/ BOSCH), Cleaning & Polishing of Wheel Drum, Greasing of Front and Rear Wheels Bearing, Taking out Tyres, Tubes of Each Wheels, Cleaning of Each Wheels/ Disc/ Rims and applying Two Coats of Anti-corrosive Paint after obtaining a Smooth Surface, Re-assembling of Wheels and Re-fixing All Parts including Wheel Alignment from Authorised Workshop, Testing on Completion, complete all as as specified and as directed.

M&L for repairing/Servicing carefully of Water Pump alongwith Waterbody Assembly with necessary Accessories for EICHER 10.70/10.75, repalcing Unserviceable Parts with existing shape/size, re-fitting the same, Testing on completion, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brake Master Cylinder Kit suitable for EICHER 10.70/10.75 including Taking out existing Leakage Brake Master Cylinder Kit from the Vehicle, complete all as specified and as directed. MAKE : TVS or as approved
