M & L for preparation of old decorated wall surfaces by washing rubbing down and stopping of distempered surfaces and filling the nail holes by white cement and applying one coat of oil bound distemper white or tinted with roller application complete all as specified and as directed

Complete removal existing treatment of wall and applying 1mm thick of wall care putty to achieve smooth surfaces and applying two coats of Oil Bound Distemper of approved shade/tint over a coat of compatiable priming paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls by by brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent walls and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed

All as per item No.03 here-in-before but on ceiling.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment from old decorated plastered surfaces of walls and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed as per manufacturer instruction. Note: 1) The Quoted rate is inclusive of making scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles, necessary for execution of work and protective measures etc. 2) Columns, Beams and Chajja to be painted different colour as per direction of Engr-in-Charge 3) Contractor should submit warrenty certificate for 5 years from manufacturer.

M & L for one coat of synthetic enamel painting on old painted wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth including preparation complete all as specified and as directed

All as per Item No.7 here-in-before but on old painted steel surfaces.

Taking down cement plaster from brick/concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 15 mm thick rendering into two layers consisting 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 followed by 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 with WPC on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface including finished even and fair all as specified. (Note WPC shall be measured and paid separately)
