Supply,install, testing and commissioning of 40 HP centrifugal pump set with motor suitable for head- 40 Mtr & Discharge 20000 GPH complete all as specified and as directed.Make-Kirloskar/Cromton greaves/Debson pumps.

M & L for chemical Earthing of machinery/eqpt with MS earth plate 60x60 cm x 6 mm thick & MS galvanised earth strip 32x6mm as earth electrode buried directly ln ground,earth pit not less then 2.25 mtr deep from ground level and top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level, and connected with nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No-3 connected to earthing test point complete including testing of earthing all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge.

Supply & laying XLPE cable, insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire, armoured, electric power cable 1100 volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 120 Sq mm 3.5 core of make Havells or equivallant complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge.

S & F FASD starter, suitable for 100 HP Motor duly synchonised with existing panel complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge. Make- L&T Cat No-SS90923 or equivallent in Havells/ABB.

S & F FASD starter suitable for 40 HP Motor duly synchronized existing panel complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge. Make- L&T Cat No-SS90923 and equivalent Havells/ABB. Note : BOQ item No 05 & 06 : The rate quoted for BOQ item No 05 & 06 caters for any additional accessing / equipment required to be executed within penal for synchronized the FASD starter with HP motors and existing panel to visit site before quoting of rate for item No 05 & 06 . No Extra amount will be admissible for any additional accesso ring required to be instead the HP motor fully operational duly synchronized with existing panel on fixing on FASD starter.

S&F sheet metal enclosures 415 volt with suitable rated bus bar double door DB's suitable for one TPN MCCB as incoming and 4 MCB SP as out going complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : MCB's /MCCB shall be measured and paid seperately under respectively item of BOQ.

S&F MCB single pole 'C' series 240 volt 10 KA 6 to 40 Amp conforming to relevant IS complete all as specified and as directed.
