Laying works: Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete for all Sub structures of building, Irrigation works, Sub structure works of bridges, Drain works & other parallel works from 0.50m to 3.50 m height. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers, laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators, providing weep holes wherever necessary, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. (including cost of formwok M30 Design Using 20mm nominal size graded crushed coarse agreagates)

Plaster works: Providing 20 mm cement plaster of mix :1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) to brick/stone masonry including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing works: Providing and fixing 4mm thick polycarbonate sheet curved roofing ( 1.22 M wide) of approved make free from scratches and fixed to the M S frame of required profile using self drilling/self tapping screws of size 10mm-5mmx50mm with necessary aluminium profile sections for edges and to join the adjacent sheets water tight (with EPDM rubber gaskets) in slope/curved surfaces including cutting the sheets to required size and shape ( excluding cost of Aluminium profile sections, MS purlins, rafters and trusses ) as per the detailed drawing and direction of the engineer in charge .

Fixing works: Providing and fixing aluminium profile sections for polycarbonate sheet joints (a set of top & bottom sections) & U sections for sheet edges. The aluminium profile sections should be of approved make, rust-free and shall be designed to fit over sheet edges or join adjacent sheets water-tight using EPDM rubber gaskets with necessary screws including cost of all materials, cutting, joining with all lead and lift, etc., completed as per the direction of the engineer in charge.

Fixing works: Providing and applying painting with External emulsion paint 2 coats over one coat primer of approved brand (Asian - Apex / Berger ,Dulex , Nippon – equivalent make ) to give an even approved shade after thoroughly brushing the surface, free from mortar drops and other foreign matter Including cost of preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth with necessary repairs to scratches in wall /sloping roof surface with putty etc at all levels and heights including cost of all materials, labour, complete as per specifications & Direction of Engineer incharge.

Painting works: Finishing with Epoxy paint (two coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.
