Cutting / Removing / Dismantling the inner housing covers of the burnt out MCCBs and modifying the chambers suitable for fixing the new MCCBs in proper manner for easy maintenance. The job includes providing of all material and accessories complete in all respect as per requirement.

Dismantling of the old switchgears and their mounting arrangement from the panel chambers after disconnecting the complete connections etc as per site requirement.

Dismantling the old Panel doors of the burnt MCCBs chamber and fabrication and fixing of the new door fabricated in CRCA Sheet complete of suitable size and with suitable cut out for the new MCCB operation and complete with painted through powder coating and complete other accessories etc. as required.

Fabrication, supply and fixing of the Bases as suitable for fixing the MCCBs made out form the CRCA sheet duly painted. Fixing the new MCCBs at the new bases with nut bolts etc. as per site requirement.

Dismantling the Flashed / Damaged bus bars lengths between main Bus Bars and the MCCBs. Cleaning / Alteration / Removing of damaged Bus Bars if any along with addition of required Bus Bar lengths in Aluminum construction of suitable cross section / measurement as required for retrofitting of MCCB and making the joints between the new MCCB and the main bus bars as required for making all the connections of supply arrangement including bending / cutting / shaping of the bus bars as required. The job includes providing material and consumables as per site requirement.

Making the required connections between the main bus bars and the MCCBs by supply, laying and fixing of new copper cables of required size including complete thimbling etc. or by Alteration / Modification of Bus Bar arrangement along with addition of required Bus Bars in Aluminum construction of suitable cross section / measurement as required for retrofitting of MCCB and for making all the connections of supply arrangement including bending / cutting / shaping of the bus bars as required. The job includes providing of material and consumables as per site requirement.

Making the required outgoing connections of the MCCBs by connecting cables including carrying out all the works for supply arrangement including extending links if required and providing of material and consumables as per site requirement.

Restoration of the MCCB current measurement system by providing and installing of CTs of suitable ratings (03 Nos. for each) in bus bar arrangement of the MCCB including providing / laying of copper flexible wire / cable including thimbling etc. as per required at site.

Restoration of the Metering / indicating system of the panel chambers by making the wiring connections including providing / laying / connecting copper flexible wire / cable including thimbling etc. and other works as per required at site.

Painting of the complete Panel having 18 chambers and bus bar / cable alley chambers after cleaning of all the chambers and carrying out minor repairs as per required.

Testing & Commissioning of the newly installed MCCBs and other equipments complete with calibration of Meters etc. as per CT rating requirement and testing of operations.
