M&L for 20 to 25 mm thick machine cut kota stone slab as in flooring set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the shade of the slab including grinding, rubbing & mirror / bee wax polishing, laid over & including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 10 to 12 mm thick pre polished machine cut kota stone slab as in riser of steps, skirting, dado, pillars etc laid and jointed with grey cement slurry & pointed with coloured cement to match the shade of the slab including, grinding rubbing & polishing, fixed over 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified& directed.

M&L for carrying out mirror polishing to existing kota stone flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning and priming roof surfaces by applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg / Sqm and laying APP based polymeric membrane with 100 mm side lap / end lap minimum weighing 3 Kg/ Sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric ( weight not less than 150 gm/ Sqm) laid on oil based bitumen primer @ 0.30 Kg/ Sqm on surface by forced application complete all as specified and directed. Note : Roof treatment shall be carried out as per manufacturer's instructions.

M&L for laying of 300x300x25 mm thick plain cement concrete tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 and joints grouted in CM 1:3 mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully unserviceable/damaged copper/aluminium (surface/ batten/conduit or casing caping) point wiring of any length for light/fan/socket or power including unscrewing from board (fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets, ceiling rose, lamp holders, brackets, pendants, regulators, sockets, fittings etc) and removing/segregating carefully serviceable fittings/ fixtures for reuse under respective items including making good to the disturbed surface to match with existing finish etc complete all as specified and directed.
