TERM CONTRACT FOR ARTIFICERS WORKS INCLUDING MINOR WORKS AT PMU BALASORE RESIDENTIAL AND OFFICE COMPLEX AT BALASORE FOR THE FY 2026-27

(i) To execute this Term Contract Work, rates of DSR 2023 shall be applicable together with errata/ amendments and the Terms and Conditions contained in tender documents. (ii) Bidders shall insert percentage Excess (+) or Less (-) over the DSR 2023 Rates. If no such percentage are offered, it shall be deemed as at par / Nil Percentage i.e, same rate of DSR 2023. (iii) Bidders shall insert their percentage in the desired space as mentioned below i.e, against "Quoted rate in figure" of this Table. (iv) The estimated amount of the entire work is Rs.12,10,000/- of this Term Contract. (v) The comparative statement will be prepared based on the quoted % (above / below) over DSR 2023 only. (vi) The quoted % by the bidder shall be reflected in Job Work Order issued to the successful bidder. (vii) The Quoted Percentage by the bidder in this BoQ, will be multiplied over DSR 2023 rate while preparing the Proposals for execution of work. Each Proposal shall not exceed Rs. 5.00 Lakhs and the total value of all proposals /Work done value shall not exceed Rs.12.10 Lakhs. A correction factor of 0.973 to be multiplied with all rates of DSR 2023 as per recent guidelines issued by CPWD.

Note: (NON-DSR ITEM) (a) Cleaning of Septic Tank / Soak Pit by Mechanical means and disposal of solid form of sludge, lead up to 1 km. And lift up to 3.00 m in defined area or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge @ Rs. 988/- per Cum The quoted percentage by hte bidder is also applicable to the rate for the item mentioned at Sl No. 2 (a)
