Operation & Maintenance of Electrical & Mechanical Installations involving operation, repair, maintenance attending to complaints / faults / breakdowns and taking rectification action, ensuring serviceability / satisfactory working condition of the systems installed at Terminal-1, Cargo and Fire Station i/c preventive maintenance, maintenance of records / documentation etc. as per the detailed specifications, terms & conditions covered under this contract on all days in three shift including Sundays and holidays.

Operation & Maintenance of Electrical & Mechanical Installations involving operation, repair, maintenance attending to complaints / faults / breakdowns and taking rectification action, ensuring serviceability / satisfactory working condition of the systems installed at Technical Block i/c preventive maintenance, maintenance of records / documentation etc. as per the detailed specifications, terms & conditions covered under this contract on all days in three shift including Sundays and holidays.

Providing of Senior Supervisor for day to day site supervision as per the detailed specifications, terms & conditions covered under this contract.

Repair & maintenance of weighing machine (of different makes) of weight capacity upto 300 KG suitable to operate on 230 volt AC, ± 10% 50 hz supply having stainless steel platform i/c preventive maintenance as per manufacturer's recommendation etc. (Rate quoted shall be for each machine for the period of 2 years)

Verification charges for weighing machines by Weights and Measure Department. (Charges per machine once in a year).

Rewinding of the following type fan motor of various sizes & makes with suitable size copper winding wire and proper class insulation i/c overhauling, to & fro transportation etc complete as required. (Dismantle winding wire need not to return.) a) Exhaust fan of sizes 450 mm / desert cooler fan motor.

Rewinding of the following type fan motor of various sizes & makes with suitable size copper winding wire and proper class insulation i/c overhauling, to & fro transportation etc complete as required. (Dismantle winding wire need not to return.) a) Ceiling Fans / wall mounted fan / pedestal fan / Exhaust fan of sizes 300 mm.

Servicing & overhauling of various sweep fan, desert coolers motors, pump including oiling , greasing and painting with single coat synthetic enamel paint, replacement of wood wool and internal wiring (if required) etc complete as required.

Replacement of existing faulty Hand dryers with KOPAL (24SA) / ANAND AUTOMATIC make made of stainless steel (AISI304) Hand Dryer NO TOUCH type, suitable for operation on 240V, 1 ɸ, 50Hz AC supply as per AAI Technical Specifications.

Repairing of automatic hand dryer including replacement of defective thermostat, heater element, sensor and fan motor etc. complete as required.

Repairing of aircurtain including replacement of defective sensor and fan motor etc. complete as required.

Provision of Fault finding in 1.1 KV grade power cable with the help of Fault Locating Equipment as when required by Engg- in-charge.

Lifting and lowering of underground borewell submersible pump motor set of capacity 5HP to 15 HP on urgent basis within a short notice complete as required.

Dismantling and rewinding of 5HP to 15 HP submersible pump motor set with original no of turns and same wire gauge insulated copper wire including replacement of all the internal worn out / defective parts i.e bushes, impellers, sleeves, upper and lower bush sets, thrust bearing, oil seals, rotor grinding and balancing, assembling, to & fro transportation of motor, re-installation, termination of connecting lead, connection, testing & commissioning complete as required. (Dismantled copper wire need not to return.)

Overhauling, servicing and testing of release of 4 pole, 1000 Amps, ACB (Make L&T Model: CN CS 1000C) including the preventive maintenance and to attend the all breakdowns calls as and when required from authorised service engineer of OEM and submitting the test report (Rate quoted shall be for each ACB for the period of 1 year) .

Refixing of existing SS cover plate on existing crossover box and access outlet of under floor raceway by providing and fixing under floor a suitable size M.S. angle iron frame having 4 nos. hole of suitable size on the corner for tightening of SS cover plate on M.S. angle iron frame by providing SS bolt including all accessories as required as per site condition.

Supply of 26 watt, 240V, 4pin non retrofit compact fluorescent lamp (equivalent to Philips make PL-C 26W 4P as per AAI approved make)

Supply of 11 watt, 240V, 2pin compact fluorescent lamp (Similar to Crompton make or equivalent as per AAI approved make)

Supply of 150W, 220-250V Double ended metal halide LAMP (Similar to Osram make or equivalent as per AAI approved make)

Supply of 2" X 2" surface mounted LED luminaire suitable for high level durability with high impact resistant, easy to install and ingress protection, come equipped with moulded engineering housing completed with 36 watt LED holders complete with all accessories similar to Havells Model No. LHEWDRP7PK1W034

Providing & fixing of AC single phase static energy meter of accuracy class 1.0, rating 5-30 amp, 240 V, 50 Hz in Polycarbonate body with LCD type display and pilfer proof meter box with sealing screw provision complete as required as per AAI approved make.

Providing & fixing of AC 3 phase static energy meter of accuracy class 1.0, 3 X 240 V, 50 Hz with backlit LCD type display of rating 10-60 amp (measures and displays KWh only) with transparent hinge type box complete as required as per AAI approved make.

Percentage above or below on the rates of DSR-2016 (CPWD) items worth totaling to Rs.75,000.00 as per requirement. (Note: the firm has to quote / upload the percentage above / below (+/- )% on the quantity mentioned against this item directly in the form of multiplying factor in the rate column as clarified below. For if desired to quote 5% above on DSR-2016 rates, the rate column shall be filled as 1.05. If desired to quote 3% below on DSR-2016 rates, the rate column shall be filled as 0.97).
