SPECIAL LIMITED TENDER FOR COLOUR WASHING, PAINTING AND OTHER IMPROVEMENT WORKS AT INSIDE OF LHS2 QUARTERS IN EE (C) CD-II DIVISION

1) Dismantling,cutting and removing the existing damaged Gypsum board false ceiling with frames, channels,clamps etc.,wherever required to the required size to suit the site condition without damaging the adjoining structures, transporting and handing over the serviceable materials to the RSD yard /departmental stores within a lead of 3 km and disposing the rubbish within a lead of 50m all as directed at site of work including all labour, tools, equipments, transport,fuel,scaffolding, etc., complete

2).Dismantling and removing the existing damaged doors, windows, ventilators,etc of area less than 3 sqm including frames and M.S holdfast embedded in the masonry / concrete without damaging the structures nearby and stacking the unserviceable materials within a lead of 50m for disposal including transporting and handing over the unserviceable materials to the RSO yard within a lead of 3km all as specified and as directed at site and making good the disturbed portions with cement mortar including all labour, tools, equipments, transport, fuel, etc., complete.

3).Dismantling and removing the existing damaged Cupboard shutters more than 3 sqm including frames and M.S holdfast embedded in the masonry / concrete without damaging the structures nearby and stacking the unserviceable materials within a lead of 50m for disposal including transporting and handing over the unserviceable materials to the RSO yard within a lead of 3km all as specified and as directed at site and making good the disturbed portions with cement mortar including all labour, tools, equipments, transport, fuel, etc., complete.

4)Dismantling and removing the existing damaged brick wall with cement mortar with out damaging the structures nearby and collecting, stacking the debris within a lead of 50m for disposal all as directed at site including all labour, scaffolding, tools, equipments, etc., complete

5) Dismantling and removing the existing damaged ceramic wall tile dadoing in Cement mortar at kitchen,toilet/bath room portion etc. without damaging the structures nearby, including collecting and stacking the debris within a lead of 50m for disposal all as directed at site including all labour, tools, equipments, scaffolding etc. complete.

6) Dismantling and removing the existing damaged ceramic tiled flooring in Cement mortar at passage, dining wash area, toilet/bath portion,etc without damaging the structures nearby, including collecting and stacking the debris within a lead of 50m for disposal all as specified and as directed at site including all labour, tools, equipments, etc. complete.

7) Dismantling and removing the existing damaged granite slabs/ concrete tiles set in C.M without damaging the structures nearby, including collecting and stacking the debris within a lead of 50m for disposal all as specified and as directed at site including all labour, tools, equipments, etc. complete.

8) Dismantling and removing the existing damaged wooden flooring without disturbing adjacent areas,including collecting and stacking the debris within a lead of 50m for disposal all as specified and as directed at site of work including all labour, tools, equipments, etc. complete.

9) Dismantling and removing the existing damaged RCC slabs in cupboards, kitchen platform, etc and wherever required without damaging the structures nearby, including collecting and stacking the debris within a lead of 50m for disposal all as specified and as directed at site of work including all labour, tools, equipments, etc. complete.

10) Providing Half brickwork using good quality bricks of class designation 50 in CM 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 crushed stone sand) for super structure walls in first floor and wherever required including curing, scafffolding all as directed at site including all labour,materials, tools,transport, fuel, equipments, etc. complete.

11) Providing Brickwork using good quality bricks of class designation 50 in CM 1:5 ( 1 cement : 5 crushed stone sand) for super structure walls in ground floor and wherever required including curing, scafffolding all as directed at site including all labour,materials, tools,transport, fuel, equipments, etc. complete.

12) Preparing the surfaces of ceiling, and plastering in cement mortar 1:3 (1cement : 3 crushed stone sand) 6 to 10mm thick to the required finish including curing, scafffolding all as directed at site including all labour,materials, tools,transport, fuel, equipments, etc. complete.

16) Supplying diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for post constructional anti termite treatment with chlorpyrlphos Emulsifiable concentrate with 1% concentration (i.e. one litre of chemical for every 20 litires of emulsion) in LHS2 quarters treatment of soil along internal and external wall using chemical emulsion at 2.25 litire per linear metre inlcuding drilling and plugging holes etc. and treating the soil under floors, masonry / concrete inside and outside the LHS2 quarters using chemical emulsion at 1 litre per hole at 30cm interval including drilling 12mm dia holes and plugging them with cement mortar 1:2 to the full depth of the hole and treating the points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil of kerosene based solution) at 0.5 litres per hole by drilling 6mm dia at downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm c/c and sealing the same and as directed including all material (including cement) labour, tools, equipments etc. complete

18) Providing and fixing first quality anti skid wooden pattern ceramic floor tile of make Johnson / Kajaria and of size 600mmx600mm of thickness 9.6mm or nearest avaialble section of approved colour for flooring set in cement mortar 1:3 (1cement : 3 C.S..sand) 20mm thick fixed with neat cement slurry and joints neatly pointed with white cement added with pigment to match the colour of the tiles including curing, all as directed at site of work including all labour, materials, tools, transport,fuel,equipments, etc. complete.

19) Providing and fixing first quality anti skid wooden pattern ceramic floor tile of make Johnson / Kajaria and of size 600mmx600mm of thickness 9.6mm or nearest avaialble section of approved colour for skirting portion 150mm high set in cement mortar 1:3 (1cement : 3 c.s.sand) 20mm thick fixed with neat cement slurry and joints neatly pointed with white cement added with pigment to match the colour of the tiles including curing, all as directed at site of work including all labour, materials, tools,transport, fuel,equipments, etc. complete.

22) Removing the existing grout materials in the exisitng tile joints using cutting machine in the entire flooring and first wall tile joint in the existing toilet / bath portion and wherever required including cleaning the removed materials and applying proper epoxy grout with matching the existing colour of floor/ wall tiles all as directed at site including all labour, materials , tools, equipments, transport etc. complete.

23) Providing and fixing pre polished 18mm thick granite slabs of approved colour and pattern of required size over the bottom unit of kitchen cooking cabinet and wherever required including nosing the edges of slab to the required finish all as directed at site, including all materials, labour, tools, equipment, transport,fuel, etc., complete.
